After many years of visiting medical practices, this is by far the worst. After repeated attempts to contact the Atlantis office, I never received a return call from the doctor, his nurse, nor any medical professional after leaving numerous voice messages. Dr Arrascue prescribed a renal sonogram and lab work. Since August I could not get the results of either, nor any treatment plan and/or recommendations. This office is disrespectful and uncaring of those who place their trust in these doctors. My only advice to anyone considering going to this practice, is STAY AWAY, there are many better Nephrologist in the area

I have been seen by Dr. Arrascue for twenty years. He is without a doubt the very best in his field. Gives plenty of time, is caring and very concerned. He tells me he is the "guardian" of my kidney. He has been for all these years. The very best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arrascue almost 20 years. He is kind, compassionate and giving of his time. He takes the time to explain in detail your labs and answers all questions. His concern makes me feel like I am his only patient. I'm sure he treats everyone he sees with the same care I receive. He tells me that he is the guardian of my kidney. I have the utmost confidence in him.

Dr. Jose Arrascue is the very best. I have been a patient for almost 20 years. He is caring, compassionate and gives you as much time you need to answer all questions you may have. He explains your concerns thoroughly. He is worth his weight in gold. I wish it were possible to clone him in every specialty. He is that good. I would never go anywhere else.

Office staff is rude and extremely un professional. Total focus is on money, no concern for patient. Never got to see doctor as they threw up every imaginable road block. My husband NEEDED to be seen by doctor, not buried in paperwork.
