I was referred to him from my doctor’s office for a routine colonoscopy. The appointment took two months to see him. After procedure, was told I have extensive diverticulosis. Have been trying to call office and emailing for some diet direction, but so far have not heard a thing. His office has standing room only and just too many patients.

It took 2 months to get in to see Dr. Katz, however, it was well worth it. He's ordered a battery of tests for me to conclude what my issues are. Only issue is that he takes on too many patients and phone calls go unanswered for more than 24 hours.

Office is terrible. Had an emergency to see him and they said I would have to wait 6 weeks. That was his next appointment!!!! Then I needed a refill on my medicine and the pharmacy kept faxing them for authorization and no answer on that either. This kind of office I don’t need. Never felt comfortable going there either with the doctor. I would not recommend this office at all.

Dr. Katz has been a life saver for myself and my ex-husband. My family and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Katz loyalty to his patients and to himself as a doctor. Extremely smart, caring and dedicated doctor. God bless him and may he grant him many, many years of patient care.
