The staff is very friendly

I believe Dr. Anglade is one of the best cardiologists in Palm Beach County and in the United States. His expertise and compassionate care saved my father's life this summer, and if I could provide Google 10 stars, I would. Endless gratitude to him.

Very disappointed in how my parents were treated very poorly today, they explained their situation to me. I tried to reach the office to speak to a manager, with no luck no one answers! The front desk staff were very rude to both my father and mother. The staff is unprofessional, and need proper etiquette in how they need to speak to patients. Soon right after the stress lab tech offended my father when my dad tried to correct his name, prompting the tech to tell my father it did not matter! Making my father feel bad. My dad was so upset he walked out. No one even tried to speak or ask him what happened. I will not stop until I speak to a manager. Something needs to be done. Because I would not want anyone else to go through what my parents went through today!

When I am in the office with this man, I feel as if I am the only patient in the world. Enough said.

GREAT CARDIOLOGIST HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED STAFF, SAT ON HOLD 2 TIMES BOTH TIMES BETWEEN 45-56 MINUTES ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PATIENTS. I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THE SAME PHYSICIAN FOR 11 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER TREATED PEOPLE SO IN CONSIDERATE AS THE STAFF AT THIS OFFICE NOR WOULD I EVERY MAKE SOMEONE WAIT THAT LONG ESPECIALLY CALLING FROM A PHYSICIAN OFFICE THAT REGURALY SENDS PATIENTS THERE.HE NEEDS ALL NEW STAFF

Discovering my spouse had a heart condition was upsetting for us both. Because of the way his condition was explained in detail and in terms the average person could comprehend, a lot of the fear was alleviated. We left that first appointment feeling as if we had a clear path of treatment and the knowledge we needed.

It's been a hard fight, and I still have to keep up with my lifestyle adjustments on a daily basis, but it's well worth it. Thank you so much, Dr. Anglade! I credit his skills and my whole experience with his clinic for my excellent heart health. I wish that all doctors were of the same caliber. Everyone at this practice is concerned about their patients.

I like Dr. Anglade very much, although the telephone hold times to make or change appointments is extremely lengthy, more than 30 minutes most times. Attitude adjustments are in order for their appointment department, as well.

I know some offices are far too busy filling in short insurance only slots. Here you don't feel like a number. You feel like someone who has a caring doctor and nursing staff. I wish every doctor I worked with learned from this one.

Here you will find that a patient’s time is considered to be just as important as the doctor’s. Unfortunately that is rare much more often than it should be. They make it easy to schedule and they stick to their schedule. 5 stars for the efficiency of the office itself before I even tell you how much I respect Dr. Anglade.
