The experience was very pleasant from the receptionist in the beginning all the way thru to the scheduler at the end.

Horrible care by Dr. Lin, through his Np that sees you every visit. NP had no empathy for high risk, instead said “I worked my entire pregnancy with hypermesis”. I’ve learned there is a wide spectrum of severity with hypermesis so that was absolutely the wrong thing to say to a sick, dehydrated momma with multiple gastric tears and inpatient stays, who cannot work or function to do normal daily tasks. No direction for handling weekly and bi weekly dehydration other than going to the ER, which was good at times and awful at times. Once we sat in the ER vomiting blood so long there was almost a need for a blood transfusion. The ER doctor was unhappy that we had been there so long. The exposure to other illness in an ER setting for a high risk pregnancy is not recommended. Once we transferred care to specialists in Shreveport they were shocked at the lack of scans, the level of malnourishment of momma and baby and that patients are sent to the ER for fluids when the OB doctor can easily order fluids be administered quickly, safely and more cost efficient on the labor and delivery floor. Nursing rumor shared in the hospital in Longview is Dr. Lin has too many patients to “care” and is a known “jerk”. If you are high risk ask what the doctors experience is with your illness. A simple referral elsewhere with someone experienced with severe hypermesis would have been appreciated. So many other things could have been done. 😢 Find a doctor who cares for you and your baby.

Staff wonderful.. Dr. Lin.. my diagnosis/results Was "so" come back in 1 month for 3 more times. "See hemoglobin that you Iron." ... I won't be back

Did not do anything to treat me after my chemo. I had to be rushed to the emergency room. Cannot understand him and he is rude. He does not care about his patients.

I went to Dr. Lin with a potential problem. The office staff is outstanding. The moment that you come into the practice, you are very comfortable. Tests are performed on site. Results are back in minutes. Dr. Lin explains test results and options very clearly. He is extremely professional as is his Physician Assistant. I recommend this medical office to all.
