Absolutely worst care I've ever received.

Rude staff! Given wrong directions, called multiple times & no one would answer. Finally when I did get someone she sounded “bothered”. Not a good vibe, would not recommend.

Place and staff are very nice. Doctor was friendly too - looking forward to my treatment with him. Thanks.

Dr Srinivas KAZA is the general surgeon for my mother at Wellington Hospital in West Palm Beach Fl. He is so busy that he has a “consultant” only communicate with me. The only time I ever spoke with him or met him was in the day my mother had the surgery. At the time I met him, he told me my mother was obese and considered hospice but thought that was drastic. I agreed. Had I not, the arrogant DR Srinivas KAZA probably would have taken that choice. He HAS NEVER replied to my calls. I have left multiple requests for a call, but he never calls back. As to his ability as a surgeon?? Well my mother had the surgery on October 29, 2020. She had not eaten for more than a week before the intestinal surgery. On November 2, 2020 she began eating purée food. My mother cannot feed herself. I witnessed the attendant at the WELLINGTON HOSPITAL IN WELLINGTON, Fl hospital FAST FEEDING my mother so I quickly stepped in to feed her slowly since it had been 2 weeks since she ate by mouth. Hours later, she began vomiting. I called Dr SRINIVAS KAZA and as usual he had his “consultant” reply. Now my Mom has pneumonia and the “consultant” said that her bowel is not obstructed, it’s her lungs?? My mother had intestinal surgery. Now blame it on the lungs when she is vomiting. What? In summary, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DR SRINIVAS KAVA of WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA. He has ABSOLUTELY HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNER AND HE LEAVES HIS PATIENTS ON THE TABLE AND LEAVES THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM SPEAKING ONLY TO HIS “ CONSULTANT”. I give DR SRINIVAS KAVA A ZERO RATING AS A SURGEON AND AS A PERSON. He should have never become a doctor. He is truly a businessman only. It’s all about the money for Dr Srinivas Kava. He pays a consultant to interact with the patient and the patient’s loved ones. He is a total disgrace.

Dr. Kaza will probably be shocked as he cared for me with 3 surgeries. I was extremely compromised, in a coma and on life support. They said I would never breathe on my own, walk, talk etc. My cousin who was in charge of my health issues said Dr. Kaza was extremely attentive, very caring, and pulled out all the stops to help me. Well I am here Dr. Kaza thanks to all your hard work and efforts. You saved my life. To me he is a wonderful surgeon, compassionate, and has hands that were touched by God. As I am a living miracle due to him

After dealing with acid reflux for a long time .My Gi doctor told me I need to see Dr Kaza cause PPI med didn’t work for me anymore . Last November Dr Kaza performed a Nissen Fundoplication procedure to help me with the problem . All I want to say Dr Kaza gives my life back now I can have dinner with my family . Yesssss no more heartburn and reflux

Worst Dr’s office ever!! Girls at the front desk are all extremely rude. They don’t know what they’re doing. I had surgery with Dr Kitchler, when my follow up appt comes 2 weeks after they put me with Dr Kaza (whom I’ve never seen in my life). What’s worse is that I didn’t even see him. I ended up seeing a nurse practitioner. I needed some paperwork for UNUM. Called them on a Monday. First thing they said I needed to pay 25$ for them to fax the paperwork. 2 days later I called unum they haven’t even fax the papers yet, but they did charge me right when I called. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Everyone should stay away from them.

The doctor changed his office and when I made the appointment noone asked to bring cash. The office requested my ATM pin number to charge the copayment before seeing the doctor. The staff asked the doctor and he insisted on it. I am not a new patient. They could bill me copayment later. I ended leaving the office without seeing the doctor.

He is an excellent doctor. Had gall bladder surgery 10 days ago and I am back to myself. You cannot see any of the areas that were cut... no scarring...CRAZY! Great bedside manners. Did not need pain meds...Motrin did the trick.

Dr kaza only cares about money. First visit he showed that he cares and then after surgery i continue having pain from a inguinal hernia repaired. I went back to see him he told I didn't have nothing and was in a rush to get rid me. I went for a second opinion in Orlando with a specialist and he found that the hernia relapsed.....Dr. Srinivas kaza is selfish who doesn't care about people.
