I have been a going to Dr. Plaza’s Jupiter Office since 2017. She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Dr. Plaza takes the time to explain in simple terms. She is never rushed and answers all my questions. Her office staff is professional and very friendly. I am able to make appointments without much trouble. I would definitely recommend Dr. Plaza!

Dr. Plaza is terrific! I would give her a personally a five star review. She listen to all my concerns and ordered the testing. I give the office a 3 because I do always have trouble getting a hold of the office to answer additional questions I've had after. It always takes multiple calls to actually get a response or speak to human in the office. I've also sent in a message through the portal and have yet to get a response 48 hours later. As someone who works in the medical field as well, this is very frustrating. I do understand that they see 100 plus patients a day, but when you're directed on the voicemail to send a message through the portal and there's no response it's unacceptable.

Dr. Plaza is an attentive and patient professional for around 15 years now as my provider. She also did a stellar job throughout my pregnancy and in delivering a healthy baby boy!

Dr Plaza is pro natural birth which I love. She was very supportive and very informative during my whole pregnancy journey which I appreciated. I was very fortunate to have a 4.5 hour unmedicated vaginal birth and welcomed a healthy baby boy into this world. Thanks Dr Plaza!

Dr. Plaza was wonderful. Had my 4th c-section & over all it was great experience. Visits were efficient & quick. Never waited long to see her. Never saw a different provider, only her. Caring with great bedside manner. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend. I will be switching doctors. She is impossible to reach, makes careless mistakes like sending in the wrong prescription info, etc and very insensitive of personal health issues, unaware and denying them and blaming the patient, making them feel less than.

I’ve been seeing Dr Plaza for years. She’s amazing. However, the organization of her office is embarrassing. I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email. I took time off work and showed up for my appointment to then be told the online booking didn’t match up with their regular calendar. My appointment was never scheduled, even though it was confirmed. I wasted my morning and took PTO for nothing. I was also told that because of billing my IUD needed to be taken out and put back in with 2 separate appointments. So for them to make more money from insurance, I now need to pay 2 copays and take more time off work for that to happen. Completely unacceptable.
