Absolutely Awful Experience With This Location Doctor Didn't Even Listen Spends No Time With Patient Try To Explain My Issues Could Care Less Had A Free Physical Through Yearly Insurance Said No Co Pay At Time Of Visit 3 Weeks Later Co Pay Showed Up On Portal Called His Nurse She Was Rude And Made A Remark That Was Not Right To A Heart Patient No Compassion At All For The Elderly So If You're Insurance Says $ 0 Co Pay For A Yearly Physical Beware They Will Still Charge You Later It Will Show A Balance For A Co Pay And When It's Time For Medicine Refills Good Luck ! Didn't Even Want To Leave A Star His Nurse Is Running His Patients Off

Our first experience with this office were great! We've since had an issue with blood work at Quest. We've contacted Quest, our insurance multiple times and even the doctors office several times. This bill is now in collections because this office refuses to so what's necessary for our insurance. No communication from this office to us, our insurance, or Quest. So very unsettling.

Lacking in all areas. Doesnt call in prescriptions, doesn't do referrals when asked until you are waiting in the office of the specialist and then have to call them. The doctor doesn't listen and has zero desire to do anything other than take your $$.

Does NOT keep the portal updated. In fact it has zero info ever uploaded. They don't send referrals when asked. And the doctor spends more time at his desk than he does with the patient. We are changing doctors.

It is very possible that Dr. Vega is very good but his receptionist is a very rude person, we know this from the treatment he gave us today on the phone letting us know that she does not want more patients and much less if we speak Spanish.

Awful awful Dr. Poor bedside manner he's all about the money doesn't care about his patients. He doesn't take the time to listen most of the time they forget to call in prescriptions. So many mistakes made in his office. His staff is like a bunch of untrained monkeys.
