The most uncaring and unprofessional people in the help business. Eliminate the entire staff and start over with people who know what they are doing and actually value human life! The front desk receptionist (screaming and yelling at me like a mad woman claiming she's going to discharge me) She even went as far as to call the sheriff department on me because she refused to do her job during work hours. She claims, "It's Friday, and we are about to leave" (Establishment closes @8:00pm and it was 4:43pm) Be mindful that I only asked for them to correct an error that they made days prior on a referral. Two days to be exact. If you value your time, I suggest that you avoid attending this practice... I will never walk into this establishment so that I would not ever have to deal with such unethical practices and lack empty from unprofessional individuals like the front desk staff! Please save yourself time and sanity and go elsewhere!

The front desk staff is always very friendly. Have been seeing Dr. Jean over a year and he is caring, thorough and welcoming. All of my health concerns have been addressed and resolved here. Would recommend :)

Staff has always been an issue but I've gone to this dr office for a while because it's only 5 minutes from my house and they used to take walk ins. They have a big sign on the outside that says walk in clinic and also a sign that says they are open till 8pm. They close at 5 and the last three times I came they said they were not taking walk ins. Do not waste your time going here if your looking for a walk in clinic. They just falsely advertise. I will be looking for another office.
