He has been a great dr for my husband and i We are so glad he is in Auburndale Fl

Spent over 3 days at Lakeland regional Hospital and have a Mixed review. First the GOOD My Night Head Nurse all Nights there was Jordan Kildow She was the Best Nurse I have had care for me in my 49 yrs. I can Not speak highly enough of this exceptional Care Giver and all Nurses should watch and Learn from this well rounded Professional. Neil Lester was my head day Nurse that cared for me dutiful and is a Good Nurse writing me a prescription for aspirin and stool softer is a waste considering these are over the counter drugs and to write a script for Narcandrug overdose was HIGHLY offensive considering I asked for 4 pain meds in my 3 days post surgery stay. I could of asked for these meds every 4 hrs soo???  The CONSTANT  administering of blood pressure meds after me telling them constantly of my High anxiety as the cause yet they ignore that and not knowing or looking 1 step further that the heart follows the Mind.. U treat the anxiety and the Heart follows.. yet they ignore and keep doing the same thing over and over every few hrs pumping me with More wasted  BP meds. I have taken my heart reading morning and night at Home since my discharge and NO High blood pressure. Its Called White Coat Hypertension seems some Nurses are clueless to this. Dawn Payne I saw less of since not my Head nurse But she was Top Notch also.. I would Like to Thank all 3 of these Nurses. The Dr that Did My Surgery He NEVER spoke ONE time to me at ANYTIME during my stay.. Thats HORRIBLE and the Only DR I seen was the Dr that did the rounds once a day He was Cold Older and showed Zero interest and was corrected 2 times by the Very Nice P.A. that followed Him. Cleaning and food services employees were Top Notch. I appreciate the time all gave to my care I choose to remember Jordan Kidlow and Hope More follow in here footsteps.

The intake lady made me feel like I was wasting her time.  The lady that was making my appointments was not very informative.   I didnt know there was other locations.   She didnt explain the fast I was to go on. She had an attitude.   Im canceling all future appointments and finding a doctor not associated with them.

If you like being arrested for Trespassing at a place youve never been whilst seeking emergency medical care for an injury then you should definitely visit this place full of corrupt security guards and terrible human beings.

Dont let your loved ones die here. This place is the absolute worst. Doctors nurses administrative staff your all uneducated awful people. To let someone die in your care so neglectfully should be a crime. I suppose well find out.

pediatric service was terrible they cannot tell the difference between a birth mark and a bruise. Dcf was called for no reason. they wont return our phone calls or emails explaining why they did that.

go to a local veterinarian before going to lakeland regional health.it is an absolute money  grabbing facility that could care less for peoples health.i have fantastic health insurance and they deliberately create unnecessary ridiculous procedures to charge the insurance company. they need to be investigated asap. the management is to blame and the board of directors should be ashamed.ill never go there again.

I love Dr. Vega and Angie so much. You can tell they really care. The staff is also extremely nice and they always get me in quickly.

Do not get a COVID test done here. They will give you a $100 bill on top of the insurance provider payout. They are using a loop hole to charge fees to unexpecting people. My wife had to get tested because someone at her work contracted COVID. Then we received a $100 bill after our insurance paid for the balance. I am surprised they do not charge for the vaccine. Wait they might in the future if they can find another loop hole. Evil people making extra money from a Global Disaster. Thank You Lakeland Regional Health.

This place was outstanding for the Covid19 vaccine. From phone call for my appointment to going in to get my shot the staff was well prepared and the process was smooth. Friendly and helpful all the way through. Would definitely go there for any other medical needs as great as I was treated. Thank you all for caring and being fantastic.
