“It’s almost impossible to put into words how appreciative and thankful I was, and forever will be, to Concierge Care during my brother’s last days. I am especially thankful to Rhonda who went out of her way immediately with understanding my needs as well as my brother's and the urgency required for his care. She is truly an amazing person who showed the utmost kindness to my brother.A situation arose requiring my brother to have extra home health care and immediate and round the clock care. Because I was out-of-state there wasn't anything I could do about it right then which was making me feel extremely anxious. But when Amanda answered the phone after hours and took over, I felt so relieved knowing Concierge Care was there to help us. I called Shirley the next day to confirm the schedule and her reassuring and kind tone put my mind even more at ease and was reassured by her that my brother would indeed continue to get the care he needed.Denise and Vera were my brother's awesome health care workers. They immediately put my mind at ease by knowing they were right there by his side watching over and taking care of him. Vera was there during my brother's very last hours. She took terrific care of him, brushed his hair one more time and showed him such compassion and dignity during his final time on earth.I honestly can't find the words to express enough gratitude to these very special people at Concierge Care who stepped up and to all the health care workers there taking care of so many others. I don't know what I would have done without their help.My brother passed away last week. I loved my brother very much and miss him greatly and am very sad. But I know if Concierge Care didn't step in to help me when they did with the most kind, compassionate and awesome people I would be having a much harder time now getting through this. This company has wonderful caregivers who treat their clients like their own family! My Aunt and Uncle have been cared for and attended to all times of the day and night! Cannot have gotten better care for them. Highly recommend the services of Concierge Care of St. Augustine for your loved ones!!

My wife is my dedicated caregiver and when she required major surgery I had to quickly find quality health care in the St. Augustine area. Several people suggested that I contact Concierge Care. The entire experience has been phenomenal. Rhonda, the Senior Care Advisor, assessed our requirements and put together a plan to provide the perfect amount of coverage and support. The entire staff is consistently on time, dependable and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them in the future when we need the extra help.
