Malgorzata Kaluza's Online Review Report Card

I love Dr. K. I've been going to her for about 14 years. Always very focused during the appointment and works hard to understand what you need. Personal, professional and she is always there for me. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

When we first arrived in the Jacksonville area a little over three years ago friends recommended Dr. Kaluza. She is located off 210 just 3 red lights west of I-95 behind the Dunkin Donuts. From our initial meeting she has been our family doctor. Why? She inspires confidence as a caring competent medical professional who is really interested in your issues. Easy to talk to, she never makes you feel uncomfortable, rushed, or foolish. Dr. Kaluza has provided us with superior medical care. Without reservation or hesitation we highly recommend Dr. Kaluza.

Don’t answer their phones! Called 8 times back to back and no answer! ...and no it was not during lunch hours. Very unprofessional!!

Dr Kaluza is a fantastic Doctor. Her appointments ate always on time and she can do you blood work as well. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor. For those who are surprised she wants to get paid, its a business. Do you work for free?

I have been seeing this doctor for a number of years. She always sits down and talks with me. Goes over any tests I may have,etc. Also love the portal so you can see your own records and send messages to the doctor or staff through it.

Moved to St Augustine from Northern California and was really concerned I wouldn’t find a Doctor that I could relate to in Florida. Dr Kaluza is awesome. She is “present”, intuitive and thorough. I have great confidence in our Doctor patient relationship

Was sent to emergency by the doctor for no reason. Very incompetent doctor.

This is not a review of the Doctor because I didn't event get that far as a prospective new patient. Tried to make an appointment as a new patient and was asked to see physician first, then take labs and come back for another office visit and pay full whack for the physician to read back your results in 5 minutes that you can simply see on a portal. This to me is unethical for patients of Baptist Primary care offices. Why not simply order full labs based on past medical history (when available) and then come back to discuss results? It is just another way for a physician's office to fleece patients in the current climate. If medical history is not available then I can understand the need for a pre-evaluation, but when such complete records exist from a practice virtually across the street from the same medical system you are now in the business of fleecing patients whom you are simply treating as a customer.

Dr Kaluza is great. She has helped me and my Dad for years.

Exceptional DR and staff. I have been going here for sometime now and had nothing but top care and compassion by all. Dr K is very good at her craft and takes the time to assure each patient gets the care and questions answered. At times there may be a wait but that is likely due to late patients or giving that extra care to ones in need. I would not go anywhere else unless for a specialist. Best Dr's office in St Johns Hands down! Highly recommend!!!
