Dr. Tran is excellent! We we will miss her!

I saw Dr. Tran yesterday, however, I have been going to her for many years. She has always helped me with whatever issues I had and she always made me feel like I was her only patient. I am going to be 70 next year and I asked her about my brain as I continue to get older. Even though she said I showed no signs of any issues with my brain right now, she did tell me that working things like jigsaw puzzles and several other different kinds of puzzles would be good for my brain. I would have never thought of that. In my opinion, she is a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Tran for taking care of me and all the information you gave me. 😊

Never had a dull moment listening to her explanations in answering my questions very intelligently. She's smart, awesome personality, happy person and kind, I felt concern. Very professional in every way like a doctor should be.

The best doctor I ever had.

We have loved being a patient of Dr Tran's. She is very personable and on top of our medical and shows a sincere concern of our lives BEYOND the medical. We will definitely miss her.The one & only complaint we have is we are rushed. We can barely get enough time to discuss deeper health concerns with her because the powers that be, want their Dr's to see their patients so many in an hour. It is clearly visible to us, Their patients. That she looks like she is at a frenzy and she looks it. No words have to be said for it to be seen. It's really quite sad. We lost another Dr that was employed by St. Vincent's years ago for the same reasons. He actually told us that was the reason. St. Vincent's/Ascension expected him to see X amount of patients in an hour. He left bc he had NO QUALITY of time to be THE Dr. To HIS patients.We are very upset that we have now lost yet another great Dr that we loved and truly cared for us as People. Not just a number. Shame on you St. Vincent/Ascension for putting money first... instead of care for us.Sincerely, Barbara RoetteleGod bless

I love Dr. Tran. She’s very easy to talk to and has helped me tremendously with medical issues I’ve had over the years. I couldn’t ask for anyone better

Doctor Tran has been one of the best family physicians we have ever had.She has been very through and complete with all follow-ups.However, due to her popularity it is getting harder to schedule appointments in a timely manner.We can put up with this inconvenience.

My daughter made a new patient appointment three months ago , she did everything she was supposed to do . She gets there this morning having to miss her college classes , signed in did the covid test and then was told they are not taking new patients at this time. That is not what the website says and we cleared everything through insurance before hand . She already had to wait three months to get in and did everything online before hand three months ago. They should have called to let her know and she could have found another doctor .Now she has to go through the whole process of finding another doctor that takes her insurance. That is bad customer service

Dr. Tran is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and takes time to listen to your concerns. She is truly one of a kind.
