Moses Muzquiz's Online Review Report Card

Stay far away from this guy. Doesn't care about people in the least and seems to through the motions just enough to keep his job. I was a new patient with historical medical issues that he cared nothing about and literally ignored (even after my direct questioning). If you look at my other reviews you'll see that I'm typically a complimentary person. He said maybe 20 total words to me and was totally disengaged. Dr. Muzquiz also never called about my lab results and after almost two weeks I had to call the lab and pester his staff for information. I asked that my records from the visit be uploaded to the patient portal. Months later this still hasn't happened. Had better care at the DMV!

It is extremely tough finding a good Primary Care Doctor in St Augustine, FL! I have lived here 13 years. I was seeking PC #7 when I went there! I was 68. His words are very discriminating toward women & based on my age. He talked "DOWN" to me as if I had no brain to think for myself. He was not interested in my Past/Current Medical History. What doctor thinks like that? Dr Muzquiz is only interested in sending you to "repeat" Medical Services he can make money off you & your Insurance Co. He seem agitated. Every time I tried to explain my past health concerns & the injuries I had sustained in various NE Medical offices & my current ailments/pain I had from these visits....he was NOT INTERESTED AT ALL in my current Health Condition. This doctor was not interested in helping me at all with my Chief Complaints. What good are Drs who WILL NEVER LISTEN TO THE PATIENT WHATSOEVER! Dr Muzquiz kept overriding my every word. Dr. Muzquiz continued the put down. Classic Text Book Doctor. Beware!

My experience was very poor. The office team was fine, but the doctor was very unfriendly, never looked up from his laptop and never even did a physical exam for my annual wellness checkup. Very disappointed and will not return.

This practice was more interested in my sex life, substance use and stability of housing than my need for insulin! Seriously? I had a toe amputated 10 days before and your response was awww and didn't bandage it? Seriously! Yoou credited my 10 cents for not being a welfare person, but didn't submit it thru my insurance. And reran tests I brought you the results of because my AcC might be different from 10 days ago? Seriosly...

The ladies in the office are nasty with horrible attitudes. Everytime I call no one answers the phone and all I get is the run around. I feel like I am an inconvenience to this office. Doctor also is not very friendly.

My family has been using Dr Moses for 6 or 7 years. He is great Dr and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Dr.

Dr.Moses is an awesome doctor. He is ver patient with you and very understanding. He takes time out to listen to every word or complaint that yoy may have. He very caring and knowledgeable. Dr.Moses also explains things very clearly for you to understand. That's my doctor!!!

Dr M is a compassionate and caring Doctor. He spends time and is helpful in treatment it he gets only 3 stars because he has the worst staff ever. They are inattentive, too young, have horrendous bed side manner and are even a bit lax in the cleanliness department.
