When you finally get to see Dr. Nassery you will LOVE him. He takes the time to LISTEN to what you have to say and offers excellent advice.UNFORTUNATELY you have to play a game with their phone system. No matter what choice you enter after the prompt, you will be sent to a voice message where you are asked to leave a message. I have been leaving daily messages and NO CALLBACK despite leaving all of my pertinent information.An office is only as good as the staff you come in contact with most often and in this case it is a failure.

My husband was recently in Aventura ICU traumaHe has multiple fractured ribs and was sent home withOxycodone from Dr. Nassery.I have been on the phone since early this morning trying to get him another 3 day supply for his pain . I spoke to various people from various departments including the hospital director. It’s amazing that everyone has a different answer. I finally spoke to someone on the trauma team who spoke to someone at Dr. Nasserys office who said I just need to callAnd they would give my husband another 3 day supplyI called the office and was told my husband HAS to travel from DavieTo the office in Miami to be seen by the dr. I asked if I could please speak with the Dr. and was hung up on .Shame on whoever hung up on me and shame on our health care system

Horrible treatment by an uncaring inept staff who couldn't accomplish one of the most basic tasks... scheduling an appointment! This was after I had already seen Dr. Nassery for a procedure that did not work. I was apparently forbidden to speak to him unless I made an appointment for a Tele-health call which I did. The time for my appointment came and went without any call. I then noticed one email from the office showing a Tele-health appointment for an earlier time the same day and another email showing an appointment for the following week. I called the office and spoke to Maria who said she didn't know anything about these other appointments. She then told me that they were doing me a favor and that the doctor would be calling me after 5PM. I asked to speak to the office manager who I was told would call me back but never did. I waited as 5PM came and went and Dr. Nassery never called. I emailed both Dr. Nassery and his nurse assistant, Judith two days later. The only reply I received was from Judith who informed me that, "The doctor does not make concierge calls."I thought I had found a caring and professional doctor in Dr. Nassery. Apparently, I was wrong. I feel like an ignored customer who was just processed for a procedure that's "their bread and butter" rather than a patient.

Dr. Nassery listens to everything you say and cares about you. He is kind and courteous and is knowledgeable about the latest procedures. Anyone who is a patient of his is very lucky

Dr Nassery is one of the kindest, smartest and a most caring Doctor that we have met. He thinks outside the box for my husbands difficult pain problem. I highly recommended him to my friends. We are lucky to have him in our community.

Dr. Adam Nassery is the most amazing, knowledgeable physician I've found in his field. I had a horrible injury 2 years ago and after jumping from doctor to doctor I have finally started trying options other doctors wouldn't even mention. I've actually started feeling less pain a lot quicker thanks to his innovative style. Thanks Dr. Nassery

My experience was wonderful with an extremely competent staff especially my MA Ingrid C. Dr. Nassery was such a great doctor he is so reassuring! I will definitely recommend him and his staff especially Ingrid. They are such amazing people! I love them already!!! Thank you!
