This OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONES! Seriously BAD SERVICE. Dr. Bazzi is the best BUT his OFFICE PERSONNEL IS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER SEEN. You will NEVER speak to anyone!! On HOLD forever and transfered to voicemail which IS FULL!!!

Great doctor, but they have not been able to send my results to the doctor's office that will give me an endoscopy, even though I requested them 2 weeks ago.

Dr Bazzi has been my Doctor for over 8 years now, he is an excellent and very experienced Doctor. I do recommend him highly.Some people complain about the wait but this is the norm now any Doctor you visit there is a longer than expected wait, at least this Doctor is WORTH the wait.

Dr. Bazzi was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, he listened to and answered my question and inspired confidence. The loss of a star reflects the overall experience with an overflowing waiting room and wait time of ~2 hours for a 15 minute interaction with doctor and staff. I would be very happy if Dr Bazzi were my primary care in a less busy and crowded Miami Beach facility.

No se que pueda opinar porq lo ve a uno como cuando están pelando corderos dos por minuto lo manda a ser un examen y uno llama para para preguntar o hacer cita y no contestan al tel pueden ver el mío q llevo desde las 8 de la mañana y nadie contesta he llamado 23 veces y sale un buzón de voz que nunca será escuchado yo entiendo porq el dr en un día atiende mucha gente y no tiene tiempo para los q se van la consulta vive ta llena que no hay tiempo si no para cobrar la consulta y los q estamos esperando ya les cobraron al seguro y a suerte y verdad que se salve quien pueda no les importa el paciente

Have a very bad experience with doctor Ali Bazzi. Was waiting for almost 2 hours Rude. Disrespect for patients. Don't care about patients complaints . I would not recomend this doctor to anybody

Great doctor. impossible wait times. twice had to wait over 60 minutes for a schudeled visit. some visitors complained on 2hour wait time.this is very disrespectful to patients.
