Andrew Lozen's Online Review Report Card

Will update review if I ever actually see the doctor. I’m sure he’s great but try calling his office- it just rings and hangs up or you get a busy signal. It’s been 3 days- I thought I got the wrong number. Very embarrassing for a reputable doctors office.

Dr Lozen came to see our daughter to Mercy Hospital and his attitude, professionalism, competence and caring left us utterly comfortable and impressed.

Dr. Lozen takes his time to explain diagnosis. Never rushes you and answers all questionsThere are rare professional that truly listen- I highly recommend him.After years with back pain, I went to several doctors which would dismiss my constant pain since their in-house x-rays didn’t show anything.Dr. Lozen went further and took the necessary steps to discover what was causing the pain… thank you for listening and helping me understand my condition. At least now I have something to work with.

I recommend Dr. Andrew Lozen because he is an excellent neurosurgeon, he was in charge of my spinal surgery with the best results. Today I feel pain free and my recovery is getting better every day. I had two surgeries done by Dr. Lozen, and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Lozen is very knowledgeable and, also, he is one of those doctors, who listens to his patients. I am very happy that on the day when I was screaming in pain, I met this wonderful professional. Believe it or not, I call Dr. Lozen "my angel", and this is from a person who has been living in constant pain for years. Very highly recommended. Also, I would like to say "THANK YOU ALL " to Dr. Lozen's team and his office stuff. Thank you, Dr. Lozen! Thank you guys! Respect.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very clean place.

$800 later and no resolution to my pain. He spoke at a very high level and had flat bedside manner. He was more keen on prescribing medication than anything. His office staff was unprofessional and made me wait to check out while they ate cupcakes . They also billed me incorrectly twice and they kept transcribing the bill and then couldn't run my credit card at the front desk. I was told everything looks okay and I shouldn't be in pain, but after all these costs perhaps I should go to his partner who specializes in orthopedics. Unimpressed. I should have saved my money and just gone to a chiropractor.

I have no idea how good he is, didn't have a chance to find out, but I do know that when I had a question about my medication - he didn't reply to two emails and 3 phone calls to the office, during one month period. During the last phone call I cried out of pains, was promised he or somebody will call back with and answer and nobody did. Left him for another doctor who change my medication's dosage and I was fine after two days. Will not recommend him, this is not right - in my book.
