Patient care is always top of their agenda.

All the team was very helpful, kind , careful and explained clearly what was being done. I like how honest Dr Vedula was with me. In other offices they arr trying to sell glasses, esthetic surgeries. With Dr Vedula the very careful care of eye health is the focus . The appt was delayed but Dr Vedula said he was sorry about that which I appreciated a lot.

This appointment was not as good as the last. I was kept waiting for 1 and a half hours. But after seeing Dr. Rachel Shlomov she explained Friday is not the best day because of clinics. She treated me for a sty which I will see her in two weeks, NOT on a Friday.

Personally, feeling wonderful about my most recent visit to Dr. A. Vedula His manner was totally reassuring, attuned to the issues with my vision, friendly, very informed, expresses his awareness of all the details that might affect me, and those that only needed watchful waiting.

Dr. Vedula - Ego Driven - Dishonest - Non-Transparent! I would describe my experience with this office as a bait and switch! Upon meeting with Dr. V for cataract surgery I was given the option of Blade or Laser surgery with time to think about which I would prefer. After 5 or 6 additional visits in the interim ( for nothing more than repeated eye exams likely for Medicare billing. ) I finally get a call from Michelle who does the surgical scheduling inquiring which procedure I prefer. When I inform her that I want to go with Blade she then tells me that Dr.V doesn’t do Blade and she’ll put me with another doctor. I’m blindsided by this information and request to speak with the Dr. when she tells me he doesn’t do phone calls. The only way to speak to the Dr. is to make an appointment. So I do just that, one week later I have an appointment at 8:00 a.m.. just 3 days before I’m scheduled for surgery. Dr. V strolls in at 9:00 unapologetic that I’ve waited an hour. I ask him at what point in the last few weeks did he decide he was not doing Blade surgery and he without care tells me it’s just not worth my time! $$$ At the same time looking at my chart he informs me that my cataract is so large if he did blade surgery it could take up to 3 to 4 weeks to heal and might not even have a good result. So now I know he’s had this information since day one and never conveyed this to me. At this point I have no confidence and no trust in this Dr. getting anywhere near my eyes. This whole experience has caused me mental anguish. He is simply a money minded untrustworthy Dr. who I would never recommend and will spread that word in my community that I’ve been a part of for many years! STAY AWAY!

Michelle McCann their surgical coordinator is a pleasure to deal with. She has great follow-up and attention to detail!!!

Dr. Vedula is the best! Besides being personable, he listens, allows you to ask questions and answers with honesty and empathy. I will continue to be a patient and have full trust in his professionalism and knowledge. His staff is kind and knowledgeable. Mike & Mathew are great!
