It's nice to go some where and they actually remember you! Mirka is always very sweet always reminds me about the parking pass and does her best to fit me in to accommodate my schedule. Anna is very friendly and takes her time. She explains what's going to happen in our sections and what to expect. She was as excited as I was when I started to see results from my spider vein treatment. Erika, though I've only spoken to her on the phone a few times, is also very nice helpfull.

I have dealt with Lori Eduardez and Nairobi. Both are giving great explanations, listen patiently to my questions, answer very professionally AND show empathy, a rare quality nowadays in the medical field.

Beyond expectations, Staff is superb, friendly and knowledgeable, I love the fact that they call me by name once I step foot in the office. Always make me feel welcome. The doctor has great bedside manners. I would highly recommend Dr. Soffer and his staff to everyone in need of their services.
