Ariel Zisman's Online Review Report Card

No puedo decir nada malo del Doctor, porque no lo conoci. Pero su servicio de atencion al cliente y citas es malisimo. Hace mas de 4 meses que saque una cita para el dia de ayer, por un tema de prediabetes, el dia anterior me llaman para confirmar la cita, les doy mi numero de seguro, me envian un mensaje de texto confirmando la cita. Busco en google la direccion del consultorio, y la primera direccion que me sale es el de Coral Gables, llego a la hora de mi cita, y oh!! sorpresa, la cita que me habian dado no era alli, sino en Aventura. En ningun momento me dijeron que mi cita era en aventura. Como paciente nueva, no sabia siquiera que tenia mas de una consulta. Bueno esa fue mi experiencia con el Dr. Zisman. Mas de 4 meses esperando para nada.

It’s a scam don’t go too many good doctors professional doctors with ethics to be with a scammer

I paid his program and didn’t work for me. I complain and after that I was treated very bad. They only worry about take your money!

Dr. Zisman is the best doctor. His personalized program and his knowledge are the best combinations for a true transformation of your health. It’s the best find! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and deeply caring. He is highly skilled and is always keeping up to date with advances in his field. Dr. Zisman always delivers a precise diagnosis and his team are always on top of his patients to reassured the progress and wellness

I went to Dr. Zisman and his wife's practice with a friend and it was one of the worst experiences I've had in any weight loss program. You consistently waited and never received responses from emails when you sent questions or your weight check-ins. In my first meeting with the nutritionist, they asked me to come early to their office in Doral (an hour from my home) and I waited an additional hour in the waiting room. Once I was finally let in, I expressed that I didn't feel like I was losing weight fast enough and they then responded that I must not be doing enough, although I had my fitness pal app which showed all my exercises and food plans, showing I was following the regimen. I expressed my concerns to the nutritionist and brought examples of foods and plans that I wanted to check if they were alright and she kept pushing them away as unimportant. Overall, I was ignored and made to feel like my progress was my fault. If anyone with body issues knows, it's a complex situation. I

Dr. Zisman and his practice completely dismantled my trust for weight loss doctors and hindered my journey to health. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this practice. If not to save yourself some money, to save yourself emotional and physical distress.
