Unethical pig, total piece of garbage who has been investigated for highly questionable practices. This man is evil and should be banned from practicing.
I've seen many doctors over the years who have prescribed medications that were all hit or miss - until Dr. Carter. He does brain mapping to determine exactly where the problem lies so he can prescribe the exact medication needed. I feel like myself again thanks to this great doctor and wonderful human being. Thank you Dr. Carter for giving me my life back!
For all your Benzo & Opioids here, if you cant have a refill easily, :C,T,WA: 775------773------5306
Dr Arnold literally saved my life. I have been suffering from deep depression and Horrible anxiety (I woke up shaking every day and had wave after wave of anxiety attacks throughout the day) I didn't wanna leave my room. This is been going on for about 15 years and it got worse . I have never been to a psychiatrist before - - my GP was just prescribing things and none worked. I had regular thoughts of suicide. Dr Arnold did a brain mapping on me. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of that and frankly I didn't think anything was gonna work for me. It was the last ditch effort and I was desperate because I couldn't imagine living the rest of my life like this . That was of smartest thingI've ever done in my life. He was able from that to determine what I was low in-and how low (for ex Seratonin very low). He was able to determine what medication to start me on. Everybody's different so I did have to try a few but let me say this : I no longer have that horrible anxiety, I don't wanna stay in my room all the time, I'm not crying for basically no reason at all and for the first time in 15 years I am outside doing what I used to love - - gardening. And not just a little - I'm out there for about eight hours and enjoying myself for the first time since I can't remember. It's like a switch was turned on and I became my old self from 15+ years ago. To tell you how bad I was, I have no friends because I didn't want to communicate with anybody. The only places I left the house for your doctor appointment and the pharmacy. And I couldn't wait to get home to get into bed. Now I go to Home Depot, and other stores and enjoy myself and never think about getting home and getting into my bed.HE SAVED MY LIFE! I will never be able to thank him enough! Below is a picture of some of my efforts - this picture was taken at night
Worst Doctor Ever. Made me believe I had something wrong with me.. put ne on this computer intentionally to over charge me .
He’s amazing. One of the best in this field. Has helped me tremendously,
Worst doctor ever. Please do not go here! My boyfriend asked me to go with him to see this psychiatrist and i agreed. When you walk into this doctors office you immediately notice how messy and unorganized his office is. We sit down and he gets some information from my boyfriend about why we were there and what's going on and immediately starts suggesting a brain mapping test that is out of pocket $2500 but "lowered" it to $1500. He continued to pressure us to schedule it either the next day or next week. I told him we would think about it but he persisted. Once we said we would let him know he gave us a prescription of Xanax, which my boyfriend originally stated that he did not want but he still gave it. During all of this he was also talking about himself how he is the best doctor and nobody else was doing what he was doing. He then continued to say the following: "if i had treated Robin Williams he would still be alive today" ...We will not be returning and want to warn everybody about this self absorbed money scheming dumbass who does not care about his patients.
Dirty messy office, and horrible bed side manner. Went in for an assessment and all he talked about was himself for the full hour, kept asking me if I was depressed and suicidal. Kept pushing for me to do a brain map for $3500 when I explained the reasons why I didn't want to pay $3500 out of pocket he suggested that I put it on a credit card. Not to mention all the HIPPA law infringements, he showed me his patient list in alphabetical order with DOBs and left the screen open the whole time. Very unprofessional
This doctor should be banned from practicing. He was not even interested to know about the health issues I have or try to prescribe a start up medication. All he did was talking about how great of a doctor he is and that I must do the test that costs $2500 which my insurance doesn’t cover for. He wasted 2 hours of my time. SHAME ON YOU
Dr. Carter literally saved my life. He is very careful about prescribing any medication without a specific brain test that he has developed that most insurance companies cover. I had seen other doctors who tried to help me based on my symptoms, but I only got worse. I like that Dr. Carter puts science behind his medicine. There aren't many psychiatrists out there who do anything like this. You may end up waiting to see him, or he may run late with appointments, but that happens because he cares. When it is your turn, he will give you the attention and support you need to get better!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
