Unfortunately, if a physicians office staff are not competent, the MD skills become irrelevant. Dr. Schatz is amazing.....he takes the time to explain everything during the exam. He really cares, not like his office staff!

Awful staff! They are rude and incompetent. They are casual with your time, and place you on hold for extended periods every time you call. They have no information and over talk you. I am changing my doctor and o not recommend this place. The doctors are fine but cannot make up for their horrible staff.

I recently moved from another state and Dr. Schatz was highly recommended by quite a few, including by my new primary physician. I was quite impressed with Dr. Schatz's thoroughness and caring nature. He took a complete & thorough history and give me impressive and knowledgeable feedback on other medical issues that I have, and I am most grateful. Never felt rushed. I feel secure that I now have the best gynecologist. This is quite reassuring!!!

Doctor's assistant was wonderful but they could use some work with the administrative staff - quit looking at your phones until the patient has at finished speaking with you and questions have been answered

I 've visited his office 3 times .Nothing major but he doesn't listen what the patient has to say . His language is inappropriate for a physician. And I refuse to go back to be told that if my husband is not around when ovulating I should call a neighbor ! That's unacceptable from a medical professional.Btw my husband is physician as well and I 've never heard him joking with patients this way !

Front desk staff is extremely rude and hostile. I came in for an appointment. They wanted me to pay $162 fee. I explained I have a health reimbursement account they are to draw the money from. I even called my health insurance and asked that they speak with the customer representative. All of the women sitting up front refused to speak with my insurance and she snapped at me and said the office is closed. By the way, office hours ends at 6pm on Thursday and my appointment was at 4:45pm. I don't understand what type of Doctor allows people like that to work for him. I suggest no one come to this place. They have really long wait times and take average 20 minutes before they answer the phone. I have asked my insurance to give me providers list. I refused ever to come back to this horrible place. Warning to everyone: Stay away. This place is terrible.
