This doctor barely takes any time to understand your specific goals. If you happen to express concerns and/or questions, he condescends you and handwaves your thoughts away until you feel horribly insecure about any questions or worries you may have. He comes off as a physician who just wants you to sit down, shut up, and accept whatever he throws at you. Hardly the appropriate attitude to have given you are paying HIM obscene amounts of money and trusting him with your appearance.

Dr resnick and his staff are amazing. I suffer from hs and it has been a blessing finding dr resnick he is very knowledgeable about my condition and has been able to give my life back through his treatment. My condition is very painful . If u have HS this is the doctor u need to see!!! Thank you dr resnik and thank to u to the staff!!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Resnik for quite some time and I only positive things to say. The staff is wonderful and have been such a great support for me in times of need. They get back to you quickly and Dr. Resnik is amazing. He takes his time with you to make sure you are good before you leave your visit. He knows his stuff. You won't regret it. If you need a Dermatologist he is amazing. I drive from Pines to him and it is worth the drive because I know I am in good hands. Thank you to the team and Dr. Resnik for all you do.

I just got out of the office. The only thing they want is your money. They called me 4 times mixing up the days and time of my appointment. They moved but never gave me the new address and when I got there it was a medical building offices that you had to pay for parking your car valet and if you don’t ,the parking garage is far away and even disabled parking permits have to pay. I called for the new address. And they didn’t give me the suite number. 5th floor !!! TERRIBLE STAFF of ignorant people working there!!! They never told me they did not accept my insurance and they wanted money up front. There are millions of other dermatologist in this town. This one Is not your best option. Specially because of his staff.

I love Dr. Resnik and his staff. They are very professional and helped me with my skin condition when no one else could. Highly recommend!

The procedure in aesthetic is very ,expensive,very expensive.The result it isn't what I am expecting. Never anymore I will visit the clinic for services.The Doctor is very pleasant ,but the result is very bad for the price

I had an appointment at 2.30 pm today 08.25.2021 with Dr.Resnik and I left my house at 1.50 to have enough time to get to the clinic but unfortunately I stuck at the traffic jam and the way which takes me 10 min usually this time took almost 40 min So I parked my car at the nearest plaza parking lot and walked through the one block to be at the doctor office on time, I got there at 2.30 Unfortunately the lady on the reception did not let me in as I forgot my mask in my car when I was in rush to get to the doctor on time as I appreciate professionals time. I asked lady on the reception to give me a mask as I was sure that medical authorities should have had masks for such emergency cases but she said they DID NOT HAVE IT and she sent me home cancelled my appointment.... So my question is Is it normal for a medical institution not to have a penny masks for emergencies and then lose a lot more money by canceling my appointment for which they would received money from insurance company? is it normal not to value customers time so much? very poor service, unfortunately

I have been suffering with HS my whole life. Since being cared for by Dr. Resnik, I finally have relief. I am so thankful for him and his staff for the compassionate care that I've received. I wish I could give the more than 5 stars! -Elizabeth Nau

The office was so unprofessional and rude. I needed a prescription called to a local pharmacy after a consult by Telemedicine. The receptionist who refused to give me her name, hung up on me with an ignorant reference to the HIPPA law. I end up getting the prescription from another physician. A disgrace after a very expensive consult.

Finding Dr. Resnik has been a miracle for my friend who suffered from misdiagnoses for over 6 years before. In just a few months there is remarkable progress. thanks to him and the caring supportive staff.
