The Dr is great but the Manager assistant has a Poor service. She never greets on top of that she gave me attitude when I asked to fill out my work form due to surgery. She was mad and answer me that she doesn’t know when the the papers will be ready. I almost felt like I had to beg her to do my paper work. She took more than 2 weeks. On top that charged me 50.00 for the paper work when they only charged 25.00….

I do not recommend anyone use this Doctor as both him and his assistant are very unprofessional. They are rarely in the office and you need to chase them down for information by calling the assistant’s Cel phone. They scheduled my surgery and ever gave me any information regarding it. Six days before the surgery, I asked her where the surgery was taking place, what I needed to know as far as medications, diet, etc. she started to tell me the address and I asked her if she could send me an email with everything I needed to know and she said we don’t do that. I was very uncomfortable letting someone operate on me who runs a practice like this so I told them to cancel the surgery. I am going with another surgeon.

In June of this year I had a surgery with Dr. Bernardo Johr at Memorial West Hospital and everything was fine with him and the team that took care of me. But when I went to his office for the follow up for this surgery he was very rude with me, for example: when and I asked him how many stones I had in my gallbladder, he told me, ''I did not count the stones because they are not diamonds''. Also his secretary Johanna was very rude and unprofessional with me during this process. If you do not want to be treat like this, please, do not go there, I do not recommend his office at all.

Dr was okay but the nurse was rude made a mistake and sent clearance to th ewrong doctor we had to wait a month and call them back for them to send to the correct Doctor and even that was not successful . Doctor cancelled the appointment without even talking to the patient.

The staff at this office, specifically the office manager, Brenda, was so rude and unprofessional, she failed to listen to the issue I had and what I was trying to explain. She told me they didn't need patients like me and she proceeded to cancel my appointment. I'm shocked and horrified.
