Been with her for many many years, since the early 1990's. She has always been Excellent with me. I trust her completely.

This office no longer cares about it’s patients. It has become very hard to get prescription refills and referrals

The providers are good. Outside of the MDs and NPs/PAs, the staff in both offices doesn’t seem very patient friendly/focused. Both my husband and I have had frustrating experiences with the staff/service. The overall atmosphere seems unhappy or they don’t care very much. Because of this we want to go somewhere else.

I have been using Dr. Braver for many many years and I would go nowhere else.

I see her in the Hollywood office She is a very caring doctor very knowledgeable experience very helpful she takes time with me she allways help me with my health she is been my doctor for more than 10 years I highly recommend dr Beth braver Thank you dr Beth braver

Do not sign up to this Doctors Office. It is impossible to ever get through to someone to make an appointment. The booking line is a call center with 8 different options. No one ever picks up and when you press 1 for a call back, no one ever calls you back. I've been trying to get through for 3 weeks to make an appointment and not once been able to speak to anyone. Appalling service and I'm in the process of choosing another doctor.

Dr. Beth Braver is awesome. I wouldn’t change her for nothing. I needed to go in and her appointments were booked until October the receptionist told me she was going to speak with Dr. Braver to see if she can squeeze me in and she did. I also love her staff 💜

Front desk was very rude. They call the day before my appointment and leave a vague message stating to call the office. Appointment scheduled over a month ago, i Rearrange my work schedule just to come in and then they say you have to come in another day. Front desk staff then accuses me if not telling her I was just switching my time. How was I supposed to when the message left by Claudia only says to call the office. It is unacceptable to have such a terrible customer service at doctor’s office. If you can't deal with the public you should not be in this industry.

We did not realize how bad Dr. Beth Braver, her office and her staff were until we went to another primary care physician. After being a patient of Dr. BRAVER’s for over 10 years my husband had a bad reaction to newly prescribed medication. She refused to pick up the phone. Out of desperation he went to the office. He saw her from the reception window and she refused to see him. He was told it would be 3 weeks. I was a patient of Dr. Haberland for many years. I called to make an appointment and was told she no longer worked there. No email, no notice. Why wouldn’t an office notify a patient. Dr. Beth BRAVER’s office is dysfunctional at best! Dr. Braver and staff go through the motions with no feeling or compassion for their patients. They act like they are doing you a favor. They are rude and not helpful. Most of the time they don’t even answer the phone. Dr. Braver sets the poor standard and her staff follow right along.

Love Dr Beth Braver offices, I am going to her for many years, it is a pleasure my annual Visit, is in, examine, Lab work and out in 2 weeks I am receiving my Result card via mail! Just perfect for me! And Dr. Beth always has time to answer any questions. Thanks
