Carl Drucker's Online Review Report Card

Dr Drucker was condescending, rude and all around unpleasant to be around. I’d rather be sick than see him again. He couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions or listen to my concerns. He personifies everything wrong with US healthcare.

When I walked into the waiting room I noticed more than one person complaining to the front desk about “how long they’ve been waiting” the man said he was waiting for 2 hours. The receptionist (who by the way, looked and acted very unprofessional, wearing a regular tshirt and black pants covered in tattoos all over her arms and chest) very curtly and unapologetically told him, “would you like to reschedule?” which infuriated the man even more. As I was watching this unfold in front of my I was thinking to myself, “this guy must be exaggerating”. Sure enough, he wasn’t exaggerating at all. I found myself in the exact same position as him. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I didn’t get called to see Dr Druker until 4:40pm. Totally unacceptable

I agree with previous reviews. Thus oractice has no regard for patient's time. Grew cobwebs sitting in the waiting room. Why do they continuesly overbook? Got tired of waiting and walked out Ain't coming back.

I have always been a patient for Mr Carl Drucker, I made an appointment for me and my Mother, well as I was already in the office for my appointment I get no greetings and when I was called first thing I got hit with was I needed a $120.00 deductible….. ok it was only for a routine check so I cancelled with no problem, so as I am still waiting for over an hour due for my mothers appointment it’s late for over an hour she is 86 yes old, I think Dr. Carl Drucker thinks he is the only ENT in Pembroke Pines…..I think me and my family including my wife will not come here any more. Sorry Doctor you need to realize things need changing? And you need to educate your staff and take care of your patients!

Arrived 15 minutes early for my 9AM appointment . Receptionist not at her desk. 15 minutes later she showed up, never said a word & then disappeared again after a few minutes m.,At 9:15 she came out & said that Dr. Drucker was not in the building but would be their soon. I decided to leave due to fear of missing a business appointment at 10:30. Tried to tell receptionist but again she was no where to be found. Later that day they deposited my co-pay even though no service was performed. I guess Dr. Drucker needed the $5.00. Shame on him.

Very professional office. Dr. Drucker is an excellent ENT. I highly recommend this office.

Went to get ear wax removed. Drucker made this procedure extremely painful. Next day was bleeding from tears. Called to speak with Dr., but he was too busy to come to phone🙁. Never again😖😖😖😖

terrible experience a while back, never went back to see this doctor: in one visit he was making too many unnecessary test without any explanations, did not follow up, did not explain condition at all. When asked, why those multiple test for hearing needed while the reason for this particular visit was for strong painful through, I got very rude treatment instead of explanation. This doctor is very mean and has funny billings tactics. AVOID

I have had to watch my uncle die! He went for an outpatient endoscopy to do a biopsy. I was at the hospital waiting to bring him home. After hours of waiting a nurse came and told me he was going to ICU with a trach and on a ventilator. He never came to me to tell me why. He had a pet scan the week before he knew he had cancer before he did the procedure. My uncle was never able to speak to me again or swallow anything. He had a tube put in for feeding. He spent 2 weeks in Adventura hospital and given false hope by this doctor. He was told with chemo and radiation he could be put back to normal. His primary said chemo with a trach would be way to dangerous. My uncle is dying in hospice. He could have said many things to his love ones all his choices were taken away. All this has upset me terribly!

This doctor killed my uncle. He operated to do a biopsy and he ended up with tracheotomy, could no longer speak, feeding tube then hospice. The doctor knew he had cancer before he did surgery for biopsy because he saw it on pet scan. He should have by passed biopsy and let him live out his life with some quality. My uncle had pneumonia when he went into surgery and was not told this. When we called office to speak to doc we were always refused and they were rude, never called back. My uncle had to go back to primary to get results if tests. Nothing else could be done, he basically killed uncle tom rather than being honest with him.
