I had a months long wait for an appointment. The DAY BEFORE, his office called, telling me that I had to have my PCP fax a referral. 1. The angry staff person who called me could have advised me of this long ago. 2. His office could have called my PCP themselves to request the referral. I don't need grumpiness, disorganization, and slovenliness in my life. Appointment cancelled.

Dr. Carlos Coelho is an amazing human being, a good doctor, patient, attentive, and experienced. I just don't understand why he keeps such a rude receptionist who mistreats people, yells at them, and provides poor service. The receptionist is a nightmare! I will never go back there as long as she is there.

Great Doctor and great staff !!! Dr. Coelho was very kind and took his time and was very detailed . The entire staff was very kind as well ! Happy that I found such a great doctor and office .

Doctor Coelho is an excellent doctor. Very attentive, kind,sweet, polite and take his time with patient. Also I have nothing to complain about his staff . His whole team were very kind and polite with me . 5 star’s doctor!!

in my opinion the manager refuses to give him messages... read the reviews and you will see either she is the manager or the receptionist or the secretary she is nasty and mean.... over and over people complain! my mother is waiting 3 weeks for one result.

I really don’t understand why Dr.Coelho don’t fire his whole staff . They are as rude as can be and never help you. I was waiting for an appointment for over two months and they left a message one week before canceling, not giving me another day to go. When I finally get them on the phone the lady was very rude, asked for my phone number and said: we call you anytime next week. When I asked why she couldn’t do it now she said : I will have my lunch time in 5 minutes and hang up on my face

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I didn’t even get to visit the doctor. I bet he’s good! Got great recommendations from close friends. Unfortunately I just had the worst phone call of my life. The receptionist is the most rude, aggressive, condescending person I have even spoken to. I was in shock! Just leaving this comment here in case no one has seen the other 10 reviews stating the obvious. The receptionist needs an attitude check ASAP!!

Dr.Coelho is sweet and takes his time with patients, but what completely ruins the experience at this office is his nurse (an elderly blond woman). She sometimes is the phone receptionist. She is extremely angry and irritated at all times, speaks with extreme disrespect to patients, even raises her voice. I’m really not sure why such a wonderful doctor keeps a “un”professional like this around.
