I was in severe lower back pain and my orthopedist recommended twice that I go see him. That was a few years ago and I had no problems getting an appointment, although I would replace his office management gurus in a minute. This year I called on March 1 to make an appointment. His call-taker told me Dr. Gonzalez did not want any more appointments for the month of March. I hung up and moved on. Now that I have had spine surgery (by a top neurosurgeon) and am much more comfortable regarding my back pain, and my most fervent Christmas wish is that I no longer feel the need for Dr. Gonzalez’s services. A man with his patient management skills should not be practicing in his field. I don’t expect this to be published, but I hope he, his partners, and his referring physicians read this. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW, ESPECIALLY ONE SO SCATHING.

Dr.Gonzalez did surgery on me on Thursday..He is a great Dr..the only thing is I am a pre-op patient with a lot of pain and because its the weekend I cannot get any help..just the answering service who tells me they will give him a message on Monday.. I know he is a great Dr..and I would recommend him..my only complaint is the coverage on the weekend..Maybe he could swing an on call Dr.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Gonzalez and an receiving treatments for pain. As a patient and as a healthcare clinician I can confirm his extreme level of professionalism and dedication to helping me with my lower spine issue. Plus, equally important to Dr. Gonzalez’s treatment and plan is the thoroughness and by professionalism of his staff members. I am grateful of the doctors expertise and his staff commitment to qualify and care.

-10 for Punctuality, forget that he doesn't even show up for his appointments. 3 times he left me hanging and didn't show up AT ALL. How do you call yourself a Dr? This is a serious shady practice that just likes to bill your insurance company without providing treatment! Patients beware of this Dr. He will not show up for any appointments!! His staff has to deal with damage control every time and make up excuses for him.

Dr. Gonzalez is amazing. I have had many health issues over the last several years. I have seen Drs. (pain management),rhuemetologists, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, psychiatrists, internists, & many others-too many to remember. I moved here a few months ago & heard he was the best. He is the best pain management Dr. I have seen. As busy as he is he takes the time to ask ?'s, listen to all medical issues, not just pain from my spine. I am in bad shape, but feel if he can help me, he will.I would highly recocommend him
