Called everyday for an entire week trying to schedule an appointment. Left voice messages requesting an appointment or call back but no one ever responded. Every time you call an answering service answers and transfer you to voicemail. Very poor customer service so I'm changing them as my primary care physician.

Can’t ask for a better PC than them Doctor Dian and her husband excellent not to mention her workers Terry and manny can’t ask for a better staff they are friendly and treat every one with respect I am dealing with them since 2012 they are like family they treat every one with love and respect 👍👍👍👍👍

I spoke to this Doctor in an occasion when she called where i work and she was very sarcastic and not so polite , i'm thankful i don't need to see her as my Doctor , i hope her patients are doing good and treated with more respect than i was treated when i spoke to her.

I had a bad experience just speaking with this Doctor over the phone when she called where i work and she was far from compassionate or caring , she was extremely sarcastic , rude and very uneducated for her title of being a Doctor , Im not sure what type of schools she went to but they sure did not teach her any manners , it's very sad that some patients are being seen by her and I'm so glad i dont ever have to have any of my friends or family see such a sarcastic Doctor.
