My first visit was great. Very kind and caring staff and although I was late they accommodated me in a timely manner. Dr. Nuestater was knowledgeable and caring great place.

It is impossible to get through to talk yo someone at the office I have been calling for 3 days trying to reschedule my appointment They don’t puck up and ask you to leave a message and Never call you back. Today I was not even able to leave a message cause the mailbox was full This is the worst experience I had so far with a medical office. I have not even seen the doctor yet as i am a new patient but this already tells me that i should probably look for a different doctor. Not a good experience

Doctor is amazing is but the front desk nurse assistant is extremely unpleasant and seems very frustrated all the time. Simple questions seem to be a chore for her to answer. This is important for referrals and other information you need from the office. It is for this reason I will not go back to this doctor. He should really put together some kind of training seminar for her. Either that or she should go seek employment at the DMV or post office where they embrace that horrible attitude. Having a good disposition is most important at a doctors office.Hers sucks. Would not recommend this doctor because eventually you’ll have to deal with her. Be warned

Dr felder is great he spent time to pt he answer all you health questions regarding GI problem. But calling in the office to get the info I need is the worse and left a message for dr felder to review my husband cea level. Cost he is post transplant. And they schedule my husband for a diagnostic test but they don’t give me the information where to go… I been calling and calling all I get is the person that in charge on that will call you “don’t worry she will call you back for the info” this is ridiculous.

Never got the lab results from the test that I had to take. Never got a call back to schedule the CT Scan that had to follow. Calling to retrieve the results for the test I did have has proven impossible unless I want to make another appointment no one answers the phone.What I did get Constant emails and letters with a bill for my visit.BTW this was back in December.
