The secretary was not helpful at all! Very arrogant and disrespectful with patients, every time I had a problem with a prescription and asked her to call the pharmacist which was waiting for her call she says she can’t call and even if she could she wouldn’t!! Showing no respect for the patients

Dont waste your time! After waiting 1h05min, I decided to leave office and never come back. Nobody ever came to me to give any explanation why it was taking so long. I understand some doctors are behind their schedule, but I believe is very disrespectful to make you wait over 1hour without explanation. I told front office I was leaving because it was disrespectful to wait for that long. Secretary told me she would check with doctor but I told not to bother, I wouldn't wait any extra minute. What a waist of time! ps: someone reported on patient portal my appointment was canceled...it was not me

Horrible...bad service.. bad secretary... I have never seen a doctor so irresponsible in treating her patients. I really can't understand how this person can be a doctor and succeed in the USA

i am having a hard time to schedule a appt with Dr Hernandez. The receptionist scheduled me and another person at the same time, she was supposed to call me to confirm the appt for tomorrow and nothing yet. i have been calling since 9am and nobody answer the phone.
