Great experience. I know Dr. Estrin more than 10 years.

My first experience with Dr. Estrin’s office is 5 stars even before visiting because, after contacting some 20+ gastroenterologists in the area, Dr. Estrin’s staff listened. My concerns were heard and an appointment promptly scheduled at a date/time that worked for my needs. Every other office, despite advertising “same day appointments” and “extended hours” had unreasonably long waits that I could not work with. Thank you to Dr. Estrin’s staff for being amazing, caring, and helpful!

Stay away from this Dr unless you like dealing with rude unprofessional front desk clerk. She was rude to me, the guy that checked in before me and the two ppl that checked in after me. She took my DL and Ins card at check in. When she handed me the new patient paperwork, i asked for my cards back to which she only stared at me until i figured out myself that the cards were tucked into the clipboard. I waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment in the hallway because the waiting room was too full. When the Dr was ready to see me, the only indicator i got was one solitary hard knock on the door. Two other ppl waiting in the hall opened the door to ask who they were "calling"? The clerks response was "the man there". I went in and told the clerk that i expect her to call me by my name and not just pound on the door. The clerk's response, "Listen, I have a terrible headache" . I told her i would not solicit an office that could not receive me in a more courteous and professional manner. The clerks response, "Goodbye!"

Dr. Estrin was very nice and he performed 2 procedures on me that went well. I cannot deal with the rudeness of his staff. Especially, VAL, she has perfected NICE NASTY, rudeness with a smile and controlled tone of voice. She is not a nice person and does everything that she can to make you feel "less than." It is a shame, Dr. Estrin is very nice. I feel bad for him that he puts so much confidence in VAL. If only he knew that she is running away business. Some people think that have to put up with her because they are constrained by insurance requirements. THANK GOD, I AM NOT!!!!!

The Dr.Estrin is sweet and professional. The problem is the front desk worker by name VAL. She is extremely rude and wild. If you have a question better not to ask because he is easily getting mad. I got shocked when she was screaming at me and throwing objects off her desk. Dr. Estrin heard the conversation and apologized. But I felt like I visited high security prison. I thought she will kill me. People! Be careful.

I gave 4 Stars because one bad apple should not spoil a bunch. I have been a patient since this year. I have seen Dr. Estrin three times. He seems knowledgeable, caring and kind hearted. The office is small and crammed. The lobby is very small. Seats about 5 patients at a time. Inside the office looks like they are busting at the seams and are in need of much more space. However, the problem is the experience BEFORE you get to see Dr. Estrin. There is a woman at the front desk named Val and she is the RUDEST person in healthcare! My first encounter with her when I initially tried to make my appointment was terrible. She told me to call back multiple times. She had no people skills AT ALL.She is short with answers. She should work for Correctional facility not a healthcare facility. Kindness and professionalism should be shown to all patients. I have witnessed her rudeness in person to other patients. I am wondering how long she has been Dr. Estrins front desk receptionist and how long will she remain. I will continue to complain about this woman because this is unacceptable. A doctor can sometimes be judged by his/her staff. However, other staff there aren't rude as this woman. Again a bad apple.

The best doctor and the best professionally managed office ever. Go there for years. People who care and have knowledge and skills.
