He doesn't work there no more he moved to the 123th st

Very bad bad experience. They chance place. Nobody call u the day before. I went there found horrible paper on the door with terrible writing . No one answer to the phone. They say they had fired the call service . I lost my appointment I waited over 2 month. I have a great insurance no referral needed. They say I had to reschedule. I need the appointment! This is inappropriate!! I am so unhappy. And nobody answer to the phone🙈🙈🙈🙈

We left without seeing the doctor. We were waiting in a tiny waiting room full to capacity with people ( no masks requirement). Some were booked for the same time slot . As a first time patients the receptionist didn’t even bother to give us the paperwork to be filled. We were waiting for 25 minutes with no estimate to when we can see the doctor. The rude receptionist didn’t blink when my wife told her on our intentions to leave. The doctor might be good but his stuff and waiting room are a shame!! No intention to ever come back.

Dr Estrin is very professional and knowledgeable. But he is also very easy to talk to due to his down to earth personality. Dr Estrin and his caring staff helped me feel calm about my procedure and everything went smoothly.

Excellent bedside manner, and knowledgeable professional. It was a wonderful experience to be treated by Dr Estrin. Great staff, considerate and patient.

The best and nicest Gastro I saw ( and I saw a lot ). He is a mensch , gentle , full off humor, listening to his Pationt and hopefully will solve my issues with his knowledge. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this Dr unless you like dealing with rude unprofessional front desk clerk. She was rude to me, the guy that checked in before me and the two ppl that checked in after me. She took my DL and Ins card at check in. When she handed me the new patient paperwork, i asked for my cards back to which she only stared at me until i figured out myself that the cards were tucked into the clipboard. I waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment in the hallway because the waiting room was too full. When the Dr was ready to see me, the only indicator i got was one solitary hard knock on the door. Two other ppl waiting in the hall opened the door to ask who they were "calling"? The clerks response was "the man there". I went in and told the clerk that i expect her to call me by my name and not just pound on the door. The clerk's response, "Listen, I have a terrible headache" . I told her i would not solicit an office that could not receive me in a more courteous and professional manner. The clerks response, "Goodbye!"

Dr. Estrin was very nice and he performed 2 procedures on me that went well. I cannot deal with the rudeness of his staff. Especially, VAL, she has perfected NICE NASTY, rudeness with a smile and controlled tone of voice. She is not a nice person and does everything that she can to make you feel "less than." It is a shame, Dr. Estrin is very nice. I feel bad for him that he puts so much confidence in VAL. If only he knew that she is running away business. Some people think that have to put up with her because they are constrained by insurance requirements. THANK GOD, I AM NOT!!!!!
