The very 1st visit was very pleasant didn't have to wait long and the doctor was excellent toook good care of us and didn't rush us out and explain everything we needed to know plus the staff was very pleasant told us everything we needed to know.

Dr Cross is a good communicator he is empathetic and made me feel at ease and that he cares about about me as a person and provided clear instructions as to the next steps for my follow up treatment also his staff was very helpful and organized my paper work and follow up next steps great service

Although there was a 5 month wait to gat an appointment to see Dr Cross it was well worth the wait. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and the office visit was very thorough. Dr Cross took the time to explain my mother’s diagnosis and our options for treatment. The staff was also very helpful in obtaining insurance approvals for the necessary diagnostic tests. I am very pleased with this medical office so far.

Really great doctor! Amazing office staff as well. He is really funny and tries different approaches to solving the problem that you came in with. Never forces you to take anything you don’t want or any procedures you don’t want. Always friendly and quick visit, gets the exam done fast and easy. Office staff is always really helpful, they respond quick and call you with reminders about appointments and any documents you may need. The office is always on top of their tasks and gets everything done as soon as you request it!

I am extremely insulted, disappointed and feel incredibly disrespected. I made an appointment over a month ago. I call in this week since I was scheduled for the 15th and since it was telemedicine I asked them to switch it to an in person appointment so they push it to Monday. It's Friday literally 1 day before business day wise and I see a missed call. I call back at 3pm to check in thinking I just have to confirm my presence on Monday which to me is a no brainer of course. Turns out they canceled my appointment and I had to wait on hold for an explanation, to later find out that if I'm going in because of a car accident injury they claim my health insurance won't cover it, so they are canceling without even trying. What an amazing service wouldn't you say?! Sarcastic of course. Nobody has told me this to date that my health insurance won't cover it, in fact my hospital has sent bills to my health insurance. Even if they were right, the fact that they waited a month to tell me is extremely disrespectful, they waisted my time and put my health on the line because now I have to likely wait a month to see another doctor.

He has always demonstrated intelligent, well informed solutions to problems and is not afraid to think outside the box. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he has provided me and am honored and grateful to have him as my neurologist.
