List of Kelly De Souza's Reviews
I've been a patient of Dr. Kelly DeSouza for several years now. She has never once make me feel rushed when talking to me about my condition or plan of treatment. She has always made sure that I 100% understand what she wanted to do and why. She is the only Dr to actually get my pain under control. She always returns phone calls or messages on the website. I would absolutely, without any equivocations recommend Dr. DeSouza to anyone in need of a skilled, caring and kind pain management Dr.
Incredible success in helping relieve pain.
There is something wrong with this doctor. I drove two hours round trip to see her to have her say there was no appointment scheduled for me that day, even though I had the appointment card with me as proof. She refused to see me for 5 minutes anyway. She told me I could drive there another day. She is quick to anger and has a nasty, vindictive personality. After that happened (when I needed her care the most), Dr. De Souza turned her back on me, sending me a letter informing me she was no longer going to treat me. Please believe all the reviews online about her.
Dr kelly desuassa really cares she tells me what’s wrong with me after hip replacement and 2 rods in my leg after playing ball all those years took a toll she’s always there when you need her
VERY rude office, from Staff right on up to Dr. DeSouza. Treated us like we were drug-seeking morons when we had come to find out options for chronic pain relief. Absolutely no social distancing in crowded waiting room, had to wait almost 2 hours to see Doctor after being passed from intake person to nurses aide to nurse practitioner and finally got to speak to Dr. after complaining about horrible way we were being treated, and then Dr. DeSouza also treated us with no respect or care. Would never go back nor would never recommend to anyone we know.
Doctor Kelly De Souza took her time to study my medical history after a very painful car accident and almost deadly doctor procedure. She prescribed me the write medication with moderation, physical therapy and the precise important procedures to counteract the previous negative, harmful, painful and unnecessary procedures. Thank you doctor for your help to get back on track and correct some of the damage that took place.
Looks like all Pain management Dr's at the UM have the syndrome of arrogance and careless for Patients.
Dr. De Souza sent me with Dr. Patin who refused to treat me because I was complaining about all the things I wasn't told. . Therefore, Dr. De Souza forgot I was her patient. Is this care , medicine or just another job to get a salary?
she isok percel crew
Dr. De Souza’s office staff made me wait over an hour until they confirmed me for my initial visit then once the office realized they had me scheduled Dr. said she didn’t want to see me because I am late. Then office basically forced her to see me. She pressured me into a epidural steroid shot in my back and made me feel like it was my only option. She told me if I didn’t do it ASAP I would have pain for life. Showed up for shot two days later and she says she cancelled my appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
