Kenneth Hodor's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hodor has been taking care of me for over 15 years. He is old school friendly, spends time with you, he is honest, he is upfront and his staff (Marisol) are the nicest. Such an amazing Dr and staff.

Dr.Holder is a wonderful doctor but as every review states The FRONT DESK STAFF is very rude and disrespectful Especially the older Head receptionist with the blonde hair. whenever you call she has an attitude. When ever you ask her a question she has an attitude. You ask her to have the doctor contact you because talking to her is pointless and she never tells hims. She never sends confirmation emails as she states she will. The list goes on and on.

If I could give no stars I would. The person Marisol (not even sure if you could call her a person) more like animal that answers the phone for Dr. Hodor is the MOST rude, unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The office has caller ID and once she gets to know your number she blatantly ignores phone calls, resorts to name calling when she is questioned about mistakes that she is making regarding patient records, prescriptions, appointments, etc. Forget about trying to speak to the doctor or the billing department - she has that place on lockdown, screens all calls and does not allow any contact with anyone else in that office but her. I insisted on speaking to someone else as she was screaming at me and she called me a B#TCH and hung up the phone on me. Dr. Hodor, if you are reading this you need to fire this women before you get a complaint against you with the medical board. I'm not sure how you don't know that this woman is TOXIC and is RUINING your practice.

I recently went here with my wife for shoulder pain and the front desk woman was the worst interaction I have ever seen calling my wife aggressive towards her when I was with my wife the whole time at this appointment and we so happen to be a black couple. We arrived not knowing that this wasn't the correct doctor we were supposed to see but our referral gave us this address. After the appointment the awful front desk woman tried to cover her mistakes by trying to force us to pay for this visit when we paid a copay and an authorization but since it was past 7 days this office doesn't want to make any exceptions. They are rude and disrespectful.

I brought my wife in and we had the worst front desk lady I have ever witnessed. She claimed that my wife was aggressive and rude towards her which was complete lies because I was there with my wife and we so happen to be a black couple and this white woman had to let us into their office and she clearly did not want to. Now she is trying to make us pay in full when we are fully covered by insurance and paid our copay.

The front desk assistants are the most rudest people. They give dr hodor a bad name. They yell at you over the phone and hang up on up. I don’t recommend any to go there.

THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL FRONT DESK ANSWERING STAFF IVE EVER TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF SHE HANGS UP ON PEOPLE IS SUPER RUDE MEANWHILE IM TRYING TO HELP A PATIENT SHE WAS SO NASTY SHE HUNG UP THEN CONTINUED TO IGNORE OUR CALLS MULTIPLE TIMES CHANGE THE STAFF THEY DONT EVEN LET YOU PICK WHAT DOCTOR YOU WANT TO GO TO WITH AN OPEN REFERRAL

Horrible experience. The secretary was very rude to me. I tried calling for about a week and no one ever picked up the phone. My primary care doctor then tried as well and couldn’t get a hold of them. I then tried a week later and they picked up then hung up on me twice. I should have read previous reviews about this place beforehand. If you care about yourself and your loved ones’ health, do not go to this place. 😥

This is my honest unbiased experience at this office, I'm not trying to discredit them. After reviewing my MRI the doctor told me he found nothing and I should continue treatment. I come in 6 months later he tells me I have a buldging disk. I should have looked at MRI results, rather than only going off what he said. The staff also very rudely refused to redo my physical therapy prescription, as codes were only written not a written diagnosis. I called over 5 physical therapist and they all required a written diagnosis. It's possible to have good care at this office, but for me it wasn't.

Pick another doctor's office this one has worst customer service. The office manager she was not helpful very mean and was yelling at us in front of everyone in the front waiting room. Looks like the doctor needs to do find a new office manager the bad part is we dont even know if this doctor is even good. My mom is in pain I dont see why they can't treat her with her personal insurance.
