I visited this doctor's office because of my insurance recommendation due to new Florida state PIP laws. He spent about 3 minutes with me and did not even touch me. Later, he wrote a report about all kinds of things that caused my denial of further treatment. Today, I have lots of pain and discomfort due to lack proper treatment denial by this guy. He is working for insurance companies and does not care about the patients.

I saw this doctor in tampa, he spent two minutes with me, did no measurements, and gave me an impairment rating to send to my insurance company causing all my payments to stop. He wrote in my report that I was seen in a completely different office. I do not think he really cares about helping people or pays attention to detail
