EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment for newly three weeks. At 3:30 p.m. on the day of the 6:00 p.m. appointment, Alex the secretary called to tell me that new patients must be seen by telemedicine. I'd rather do to an ER for medical treatment (not a great state either) than to be around this callous office environment. I wish could score this practice a negative number.

Dr. Berkowitz is caring, dedicated, proactive physician. As a new patient, he thorouhly investigated my prior medical history as well as my family history and prescribed a series of tests. Within a day or two after these tests, he called me with the result and discussed further action. Although I live a distance away from the practice, having Dr. Berkowitz as my Primary Care Physician is more important.
