Dr. Thaler and his staff are great. He is a model physician. As a healthcare provider, it is refreshing to see another passionate, approachable, and caring provider. He listens to his patients and works with them to achieve optimal outcomes. I have referred several patients to his practice and will continue to do so.

LONG READ- So my PCP recommended Dr. Thaler. He said he is a thorough, as well as, personable doctor and since I have a big personality I thought it’d be a good match. In my head I’m like yeah right they must get tips by referring patients 😜. Then I read the reviews on Dr. Thaler. In my head I’m thinking somebody’s lying, he had his staff to write reviews and/or they’ve erased the negative reviews. LET ME TELL YOU THEY WERE ALL TRUE! From Betty, the First Impressions Coordinator of which I’ve nicknamed her, to the lab tech who taught me how to use my meds to the Final Impressions Coordinator who checked me out, they were all kind, professional and personable. I did not have a long wait time in the lobby nor in the Dr.‘s office. When Dr. Thaler came in he did not rush me nor did he behave as if he was on a tight schedule. He allowed me to talk, he did not discredit anything I told him. He did not make me feel bad about me being obese, what he actually did was give me hope that my weight can be managed. He thoroughly went through my meds list and recommended what was BEST FOR ME! I honestly could write more just from my 1st office visit. This is the first time in a long time that I’ve left a Dr in tears of joy and hope and not defeat!

I went to see Dr. Thaler to get help with my A1C issue. The staff greeted me so kindly and I was taken in to see Dr. Thaler immediately. Dr. Thaler was so caring and patient. He thoroughly reviewed my family history and my health history. He took his time explaining what my A1C numbers meant and answered all of my questions. He gave me information on what to eat and options for the future. I went in very worried about my A1C issue. Dr. Thaler put my mind at ease and I left knowing that I was in very good hands. Thank you Dr. Thaler !

I recommend Dr Thaler and his medical staff, with confidence, for your medical care. When my primary suggested I consult an endocrinologist for my medical condition, I was warned that it would be difficult to get an appointment. When I called Dr. Thaler's office, not only was I was scheduled with the soonest available appointment, without asking, the appointment coordinator called to move up my appointment. Appointment slots are never double booked which means less time in the waiting room and more time to discuss my care with Dr. Thaler. He is very thorough and professional with a warm and caring demeanor. I find Dr. Thaler to be extremely competent. While discussing courses of treatment, I see that he puts himself in his patient's shoes. The care I am receiving brings me peace of mind. I am feeling better each day!

I decided to go to great lengths to have this doctor visit approved by my Health Plan as he is out of its network. Finally, I got one visit approved. I am a mid age woman, with hypothyroidism, a bit overweigh, and on the borderline for diabetes (pre-diabetic). I take a medicine for thyroid for over 40 years but still keep packing on weight, despite of exercising and diets of all kinds. I decided to hear a specialist and called the office. I was told that I have to pay out of pocket, then ask for refund from my Plan. That’s ok. Then the attendant said he does not work with metabolism issues but diabetes only. I am pre-diabetic and an endocrinologist can’t see me. Her suggestion: walk and diet. OUTCH!! Very inappropriate, obnoxious and frustrating! Health doesn’t seem a priority here.
