For the past three years, I have taken my mother to see Dr.Lajoie. My experience in these past three years has always been pleasant, but in my most recent visit to the office, I encountered one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences from a physician's office. I came in with my mother for a 10am appointment and waited over three hours. After being patient and asking a few times the status, I was told the doctor was at the hospital and how they were unsure if she would be back. In the three hours we waited there was no communication from the staff. As I made my way back from the bathroom I saw our doctor but didn't want to jump to conclusions. I asked the front desk if our doctor was here, the response now was "yes she is here now" I felt as though I had to go out of my way in order to receive proper communication and status of my doctor. To continue I was under the impression that after three hours we could finally see the doctor but to my knowledge a P.A. sits us in an office and tells us she would be assisting us. I have always felt Dr.Lajoie has been a pleasant and wonderful doctor but this past experience has left me with conflicted feelings on this establishment and the lack of communication and consideration.

Dr. LAJOIE is a caring-dedicated doctor-she has been wonderful with my treatment and diagnosis- She is knowlegeable and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable-HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER- best vascular surgeon one can have-love her
