The worse intake call in the history of me seeking an appointment. Jennifer was aggressive, rude, unprofessional and condescending. I was referred by my family physician Dr. Armenakis and was told this was the best Neurological Surgeon in Florida. Unfortunately, he has the front desk rep Jennifer not doing a great job representing his practice. I’m shocked and stunned at the level of customer service and helpfulness in south Florida. I got into an accident and was referred by my awesome Family Physician because of neck, back and shooting pain down my neck. She said I couldn’t make an appointment without a letter of exhaustion from my insurance company. I have excellent medical insurance through my employer and currently using that as I make my appointments. She offered no information , no clarity, no true explanation. Jennifer is in the wrong field. Healthcare is about respect and compassion for others. She clearly has neither. How do you have someone like that front and Centre of your business?

In 2017 he installed a shunt in my dads head. With our multiple visits, he was extremely patient and courteous. Great bedside manner.

Incredible experience. My wife was diagnosed with a brain tumor. His staff is outstanding. Dr. Maliner spent an half hour discussing all aspects of the operation and recovery.

Dr. Maliner saw me on a Friday and did L5-S1 Microdiscectomy surgery on Saturday. He relieved me from my debilitating sciatica pain. I would recommend him in a second!

We are very grateful for Dr. Joyd Maliner. We instantly knew we were in good hands. His office is ran very efficiently and the staff was kind and most helpful during a very scary and stressful time. Dr.Joyd Maliner diagnosed my mom and clearly explained the process to us. He took his time answering questions and was very patient.

My first visit with Dr. Maliner was a 5 star plus. He is professional, knowledgeable, funny and takes time to get to know you and extensive examination. He explains in detail his results and his plan for care. I am a nurse and can say he is the real deal. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his specialty. Thanks also to his staff. They are kind, very thorough and even went out of their way to give directions, instructions as to what was needed for my first visit. The office was clean and beautiful. It showed a respect for each person that worked there and for their patients.
