Worst experience ever! Waited forever for my scheduled appointment only to be told to take ibuprofen and sometimes this happens. No imaging studies ordered. All pain completely discounted and doctor completely unconcerned w multiple complaints. Will definitely be getting a second opinion after that complete waste of time.

When other doctors read records, Dr. Maliner reads his patient's movements. He did so many sensory and motor skills tests to rule out money-making surgery. He has great ethics and a wonderful bedside manner with a staff to match. So happy to find him--worth the 1 1/2 hour drive.

If you ever need a Neuro Surgeon you have come to the right place. Dr. Maliner gave me some quality of my life back. He is very thorough takes time with you and explains everything. Jennifer in the office is so sweet which is something you don't see much from a doctors staff. Forever Grateful Donna

This doctor was absent from my care. No pain management, total detachment from my issues and pain. Showed up in the hospital only after I pitched a fit with his office. I was sent home after surgery and when the pain was unbearable, a friend called him at 4 AM. His attitude: you shouldn't call a doctor at 4AM. My attitude: who should I call but the doctor who should know what to do? The arrogance was palpable. And after I returned to the hospital by ambulance, there was no human response from this doctor. His attitude: I had unrealistic expectations. My response: My expectations were reasonable and now, 2 weeks out, I'm still in terrible pain. I'm spoiled by the physicians I've had the pleasure of working with in the past. This one disappointed me on all counts from patient care, pain management and the surgery itself. I wrote an earlier review that is somehow missing. I hope this one stays up.

I had a Compression Fractured of T12 Dec. 2017, as result of past chemotherapy and Osteoporosis, and that's when I first met with Dr. MALINER. While in th Northwest medical center, he explained how he could fix it using a procedure called, a Kyphoplasty. He performed that procedure, and I could not been more happier. In May of this year, I again called on Dr MALINER to perform three more Kyphoplasty's on L2, L3, and L5,(all at once) he again did a super excellent job. He is my number 1 pick.
