Dr. Marat Zeltsman has been my son’s pediatrician since his birth, and I recommend him very highly. He is very knowledgeable, patient and great with kids. I never feel rushed and rarely have to wait to see him at appointment time. Very caring, professional, informative, willing to help with anything when he can, and he would never leave a sick child unseen even if there's a problem with insurance. Dr. Zeltsman is kind, thorough, efficient and an absolute delight with children. He also has an after hours number and responds quickly to calls. He's a great doctor!

I had to wait over an hour from my appointment time to see a doctor. This is unacceptable. There is something wrong with your scheduling system or how you are running your offices. Something needs to change. My time is valuable too. Do you think we all just have unlimited time to waste sitting in your offices. Overhaul your scheduling system. It makes me leave angry every time.

Terrible customer service. People who pick up phone have no idea what doctors are available, very rude and unprofessional. Every time I call there is same process - it takes 30 minutes to find a doctor in the system and then it turnes out he is available in a month ….

Everything was great but in General very hard to get a same day dr appointment when my kid is sick Also they booked 2-3 times appointments with nurse practitioner thinking I was seeing a Dr until i found out it wasn’t a dr once the visit was done. This is not cool we should be notified of this when the appointment is booked.
