The office staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. No surprise when you consider the physician in charge- Dr. Soloway is a very experienced, reassuring physician who makes the mere idea of “cancer treatment” far less daunting. I couldn’t feel in better care!

Hello , I'm very disappointed the way how your office treat my friend Dr. A. Pokov Не was referred to your office by me. Despite his numerous complains about billing mistake , not office manager Maria not Dr Soloway ever call him back to resolve his problem on a professional appropriate level.

Dr. Mark Soloway removed my prostate twelve years ago. At the time I met Dr. Soloway, I was very confused with all the various options that my local urologist had given me. Radiation or surgery seemed to be the best options. I researched to find the top radiologist (with the latest equipment) and the top prostate surgeon in South Florida. When I visited with Dr. Soloway he said, “Russ, you are an engineer - If you choose radiology you will never know if you solved your problem - If we remove your prostate, your problem will be resolved 100%.” That reasoning made Dr. Soloway my hero even before he operated on me. The bottom line is that Dr. Soloway removed my prostate with minimal blood loss (no blood needed) and without any pain - Unbelievable When my prostate was examined after surgery, it was found that the cancer margin was much closer to spreading to other parts of my body than the pre-op tests showed. I had the privilege of being a patient of Dr Soloway and would not hesitate to recommend him for issues related to bladder cancer which was the subject of my visit. His years of experience have resulted in the ability to give very pragmatic advice. The other quality of Dr Soloway is his patience in taking the time to answer questions and explain matters in a way that can be easily understood. He struck me as a kind and generous person.

IF YOU NEED HELP THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOUR FACE. the lady on the phone needs to be fired as soon as possible, I need help about my testosterone levels and she hang up on my face like I’m an animal.

Excellent doctor. Dr. Soloway has excellent bedside manners. Extremely understanding and pacient with my concerns and highly knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the care he provided and his staff was welcoming and professional.

We had an appointment at the office a month before. At 5.30 p.m. the day before the office called to say that the doctor is not going to help us because we don't know what diagnosis my husband has. Waiting a month to tell us that dr.Soloway is not the doctor to help. Not even seeing the patient. Unacceptable and sad having such an attitude towards the patients.

Unfortunately things didn't go as expected. They wanted to reschedule my son for a 3rd time already on his visit day. When he gets to meet with the Dr. The Dr. was in a rush to leave. Everything left unanswered. Awful planning at this office.
