If I could give this doctor and his son Dr. David Grossman 0 stars I would. My father was referred to them by his primary physician. My dad had a complicated medical history and a few months before seeing this doctor he had been in a coma due to cryptococcal meningitis. He survived, but he had part of his colon removed and was adjusting to life with a stoma. My father had been told by his former physician that a colostomy reversal surgery was possible. He went to this general surgeon not knowing he wasn’t a specialist in the specialty he needed. He put all his trust in him and in his son Dr. David Grossman. I would speak to my dad every day and was informed of all of the procedures these doctors put him through. In one those endoscopy my dad developed sepsis and nearly died. After months of hearing from my dad tell me how the doctors were giving him hope but something always kept them from reaching any decision, I went with my dad to one of his visits. His final visit with Dr. Grossman, because it was at that moment nearly 6 months if not more that Dr Grossman realized that my dad was not the right patient for him. He proceeded to write on a piece of paper a name of a doctor that according to him was the best surgeon specialized in the kind of surgery that my dad needed. That day he didn’t even examine my dad, but I’m sure he still billed the insurance for one last time. When my dad manage to get an appointment with the doctor at Cleveland Clinic it was too late. He was too weak to undergo any surgery and was unable to walk. My dad passed away 6 years ago but to this day what this doctor did still haunts me. I wish I had intervene sooner. My dad was very independent and seldom asked for help. He was taken advantage of and in my opinion there was so much deception involved. ?? If you are a patient of any doctor always ask questions and get second opinions if possible. There are excellent doctors, good, bad and terrible physicians. I have my opinions about you Dr Grossman. Hope life is treating you well. This is in memory of my dad Noel Cortez.
My fiancé went over to go over some results, he barely even looked at her or the results and told her to go to a different specialist. Why didn’t they say so before having us pay the initial consultation? Dr David had mentioned that they could do the procedure and that it would be quick and simple when he first saw her but when Dr Martin saw her he dismissed her in less than 2 min without even looking at the notes that they had on file!. Very disappointed, waste of time and money
Excellent. Saved my life.
Dr. Grossman is an amazing chiropractor! Not only does he have his own toolbox of tricks to snap you back into place, but he is also charismatic about his profession and helping people which shows in his work. 5 stars and will be back again :)
Dr, Grossman is great;.however, his staff is the worse I have experienced. I had an appointment today at 9:40a. I got there at 9:20a, there was only one person before me, I waited 20 minutes, while they had taken 4 patients. I asked the receptionist how much longer and she asked me my name and if I had signed in. I said yes at 9:20a; then she said I don't even know where your chart is. Another person gets called I got up asked again and she said Irene we are taking you now--my name is not Irene. I had talked to her less tan 5 minutes ago--figured that out!
Dr. Grossman was so compassionate and skilled in caring for our dying mother in 2014, at the Tuttle Center. She was in constant pain from spinal fractures, with no hope of living a productive, joyful, pain-free life. Dr. Grossman was able to arrange hospice care for her, and she went peacefully. We will be eternally grateful to him for facilitating that.
I've known dr Grossman for over 25 years A better man and Doctor you'll never find
I don't recommend this doctor to anyone. He takes only one minute to see you. Always in a hurry! He performed an umbilical hernia surgery . He said that put a mesh and everything was fine . I went to another surgeon and surprise! No mesh and my umbilical hernia is still there. Terrible experience !
Dr. M. Grossman is a very caring doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He will go the extra mile to help you. His son is also excellent. I have never had to wait very long for my appointment and the staff is very helpful. I am very pleased! 5 Stars.
I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone. I had an umbilical hernia repair surgery and he didn't perform it correctly. He didn't put the mesh that was supposed to put. I still have a hernia because he repaired only part of it, I have a hideous scar very similiar as our grandparents had forty years ago. In the follow up he insisted that everything was perfect and in every appointment he took only 2 minutes to talk to me, always in a hurry. Always! even in the surgery!Look for someone else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
