I had the best friendly doctor ever. She is kind, looks and listens to you. I have medicar advantage and I know doctors don’t got pay well in these cases but she is wonderful. All the stuff is kind and fare. I do understand the stress of the medico field these days and we have to take it easy on them.

If I could give this so called medical center zero stars I would do it. They promptly collect the money from Medicare for their patients but they provide no services whatsoever. My mother has to go throught a lot of office visits, phone calls, virtual visits in order to get a referral. Theirs strategy is clear. they confuse their eldery patients until the point where they give up looking for the care they need. In the meantime , they keep collecting the money from Medicare. This is the closest thing to legal robbery. Do yourself a favor and your parents. Stay Away fromthis place. no matter how nice they seem to be at the beggining, once they have you signed for the Medicare, you are screwed.

The people working in this office are extremely disrespectful, no follow up, No Reminders always late sending orders to the labs , they don't care it all to keep a Customer , Dr . Paola is great but its impossible to deal with employees with ZERO professional Training.

I have been seeing Dr Citron Villa for almost a year. She is patient, takes the time to answer questions, doesn't make me uncomfortable, judged, or rushed! She takes the time to listen and give clear and understanding medical advice.
