My parents have problems with their health. Every day in count. I make an appointment and I was told that they accept our insurance. After 1 month of waiting, before the appointment they called me and told that it was a mid and the do not accept our insurance. WOW! What a non professional attitude. We lost 1 month. Management of the office should be more focused on service, because IT IS A HUMAN LIFE!

Не идите сюда пока не прочитаете! Во-первых эти бизнесмены не в состоянии починить свой телефон, он вечно не работает, дозвониться не возможно! Записался на анализы, мне сделали прием за 160$ который длился минут 10. Потом еще запросили за анализы 350$. Грубый персонал на ресепшен не заинтересован в клиентах, работают на то, чтобы сдирать с вас деньги по страховке. 3 раза спросил будут ли звонить мне или дайте номер по которому я смогу дозвониться сам, никакой реакции, ответ мы позвоним сами. Прошло время, никто не перезвонил. С десятого раза дозваниваюсь и спрашиваю где мои анализы и комментарии к ним, на что мне говорят делайте еще 1 appointment, чтобы мне рассказали про анализы? Вы там нормальные, я уже заплатил за 10 минут вашего «ценного времени» или вы посчитали что этого не достаточно? И заплатил я вам cash, живые деньги, а не по страховке! Уважаемый Рафаил, читайте мой отзыв, это про ваш бизнес и про то как вы работаете! Если вы считаете, что это нормально, то я пожелаю вам удачи, можете сколько угодно ссылаться на ваш policy, когда критическая масса негативных отзывов наберется, это будет влиять на ваш бизнес, всех благ!

Dr. Shnayder is great! I've seen my fair share of doctors in my life as a military man and he is truly a breath of fresh air! (Doctor if you read this, Thank you again!) Dr. Shnayder and his staff are True Professional in their field. Everyone working in the clinic are Kind and polite! all of them were helpful and accommodating. Office and reception area are spotless! Most definitely recommend!
