Dr. Grosz is different in all the best ways. From the moment my wife and I walked into that office, we knew we were in the right place.While so many doctors seem unconcerned with the human dimensions of each patient's life, Dr. Grosz spoke to us at that level and did something incredibly unique: he asked questions that mattered. And with each iteration of those questions, the sense of calm command he had of what he was doing became glaringly evident.Besides his inviting demeanor and compassionate energy, his command of current trends and approaches to his discipline left my wife and me feeling safe and well informed.I never write these reviews, but after that appointment and the subsequent follow-up, I feel compelled to share Dr. Grosz's level of talent and insight with the community in hopes of navigating others in his direction!

Dr. Grosz took care of my mom during A covid era depression episode. He let her know many have experienced the same and that she willGet through this. Wonderful bedside manner and amazing staff. Mom is back to work and feeling great 8 months later.

Dr Grosz office folks have zero customer service skills. I had a hand connectivity test completed. The doc said he would have the report mailed. It never showed up. I called today and talked with "Nikki". She talked to me like I was a 5 year old telling me to check the portal. I already had checked the portal and it wasn't there. I told her I didn't appreciate being talked down to and she says " I talk to you in the same tone you talk to me". At this point I asked for the office manager to call me. She handed the call off to the office " supervisor" but was listening on the call. She was offended when I told them that I was the patient and customer and should be treated like one and hung up on me. Also they don't care how much you owe them even with insurance they want 100% of the balance insurance doesn't pay upfront before they will let you see a doctor or have a test--no payments--no billing. If you don't have the hundreds to pay them you won't get the tests or doctor visits.

Dr. Grosz treated my husband and immediately diagnosed his problem. He was thorough and explained the diagnosis and treatment in a way that was easy for us to understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Grosz and we have the utmost confidence in him.

First, I must say I have visited many Neurologists before and got tired of just being subscribed pain killers. I just left Dr. Grosz office, HE LISTENS! Amazing experience with him and his office staff. He explained the plan of action to follow and explained all tests to be performed. I am so happy to have found him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Found a Doctor who actually listens.

The worse the worse office, staff and service ever, they do not have a clue in how to run an office. The do not understand that they are dealing with the health of a person, did an appointment for my mom that she really need to see a neurologist, first available in 3 weeks, we wait that long for the exact day of the appointment 20 min before( we were already there) they called to let us know that the doctor do not take her insurance (we gave the info and they said everything is fine the day that we did the appointment, they even called the day before to confirm REALLY WITHOUT CHECKING THE INSURANCE 😳), so we decided to pay for the visit out of pocket because of the urgency GUESS WHAT... the doctor was not even there... that is called terrible staff and no professional ethics.... we are talking of health here!!!!!!

Dr. Grosz is a Great Doctor. He is smart and knowelegable. I was running from one doctor to another to find out what is going on with my body. And only Dr. Grosz told me exactly what I needed to hear and to know. I am very happy that God finally brought me to this place and to this Doctor.He Is The Best!!!!!!!

I am a patient of DR Raul Grosz because of my lifelong neuro symptoms. I was impressed with his forward thinking in today neurology. He is treating the underlying causes of my health issues rather than just prescribing medication. He does what is the best for patient and not for drug companies. I feel much better without any medication. I changed the way Iam living: I manage my stress, eat healthier, value a sleep and try to think in positive way. One more thing to praise my neurologist - he is always punctual to see the patient in his office. Usually I am waiting hours to see doctors..
