Dr. Smithson saw my father in the hospital and it was a good experience. He asked us to call his office and schedule to see him in 10 days after discharged. I have called the number 4 times, left three voicemails (two on Monday and one on Tuesday) and held for 45 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. I have no idea how to get in touch with this doctor's office, which has left me with a very sour taste, given that he said it was important my father be seen for a heart halter for home. Impossible to get in touch with this doctor's office.

Dr. Smithson is a gifted physician who cares about his patients. As a young heart attack survivor (37 years old) I was looking for a younger but yet experienced doctor. He fits all the molds and has how the accolades needed. I have enjoyed visiting him every 6 months and feel very lucky to have him as my doctor. He keeps me updated on the latest news related to my heart disease and carefully reviews all my medicines. The wait time at his office is also minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Smithson.

The staff is great but the telephone system is a total waste of time!! You can NEVER get through on the phones to them. I have stopped trying, I just make the time and physically go in to the office. This really must change soon.
