After having gone a few times to her, yesterday we made an appointment with ZocDoc for today. It turns out that we selected the same day by mistake and made another appointment today when we got the missed appointment email today. They called me to say they couldn't do 4pm today but had 3pm. I mentioned that we had messed up and apologized for the missed appointment and the receptionist said don't worry. We showed up and the same receptionist wanted us to now pay a cancellation fee. I asked why he didn't tell me that on the phone and he started yelling at us about their policy with quite a negative attitude. I asked to see the doctor and she came out yelling along with him. For me that's not good customer service at all and so we left. I'd like to mention this is an elderly lady who used to be a surgeon who did seem nice the first few times and we kinda went back to her because we felt bad for her. But not with that crazed attitude!

Dr. Luscombe is a great doctor! Yesterday was my first visit to her office in Aventura. I was seen immediately. She was very patient and thorough in her examination and explained everything in great detail. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her.
