I have been a patient for about 18 years, (I can't believe it has been that long) I love the practice. As a mom my voice is heard and respected, what I say matters and my concerns are never dismissed. I rarely wait, and I never feel like a 'number'.

Great doctor that my kids love and very nice office staff. But this practice has no way of reviewing and paying bills online. You have to call the office to read your credit card number to them over the phone like it's 1990. And if you call from 1-2 pm, they are closed for lunch which is very frustrating.

Child of 4 years old was tested for streptococcus and the test was positive, the doctor, but in the end we understand that it wasn’t a doctor- Nurse Practicion (Priscila Vidal from Aventura Pediatrics, she is prescribed an antibiotic for 5 days. On the same day we went to the hospital and re-passed the analysis. Streptococcus was not detected!!!!!! This is a serious event and not acceptable error for pediatrics. An antibiotic was not needed. How many situations could be victorious or were with another children and they were falsely prescribed an antibiotic? Maybe it is not Nurse’s fault, but pediatrician’s office should be notified and check their express test!
